Wonderful experience from start to finish. I had the best time trying on dresses with my nearest and dearest, made all the more lovely by Gemma's friendliness and willingness to try as many things as I liked. Once the dress was decided on it was an absolute pleasure to see Gemma and Cherilyn for my fittings. The selection of dresses and accessories are stunning, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Alice Rose to all brides to be.

Donna and her mother in law are the nicest people in the bridal community, they never fail to make you feel special. My daughter has found 'The dress' with Donna and they have made the whole experience such a fantastic event. Highly recommend this Bridal shop.

I had the absolutely fantastic service from Gemma and Cherylin! Gemma was so patient and gave honest opinions when I was initially trying on dresses and helped me really customise the Eddy K dress I chose so it felt like mine! Cherylin created the most perfect bolero for me, listening to all of my ideas around shape and the kind of lace I was after and I was overwhelmed by how beautiful it all was when finished! The process of trying on the dress and coming for fittings and bolero designing was really flexible and I really enjoyed the appointments. Thank you so very much! I was incredibly worried and nervous about getting a wedding dress as I’m quite self conscious & don’t usually wear dresses of any kind - we also had a tight turn around for our wedding due to my partner being in the forces and I was worried this might be an issue. However from the very first email, Donna and Joanne were beyond helpful and made the entire process a breeze! From finding my perfect dress (you know it’s a good-un when even the staff join your family in crying!), helping me get the perfect shoes that matched the wedding colours and even going above & beyond in making a matching bride hanger for my partner… Joanne and Donna were like my fairy godmothers and I can’t thank them enough! My dress was beautiful, I got so many compliments and everyone who visited the bridal shop with me said how lovely & welcoming the staff were - it was almost as though they were part of the family too! Their seamstress was incredible and got all the alterations done despite the time constraints, and helped me feel like a princess. Thank you so much for making this (not so!) tomboy’s dream of being a princess bride come true x

Donna and her team made us feel like we were the only bridal party that mattered. They were thorough, patient and so personable. They had the most stunning collections of dresses available and nothing was too much trouble.I was worried I wasn't getting 'the feeling' when trying on the dresses and they were so patient with me and gave some kind words of advice. Sure enough the next dress I tried on I cried! I genuinely think their comments and just making me feel so at ease and no pressure helped me to clear my mind and just let me embrace the whole experience. I found the most stunning dress and then promptly picked out all the accessories, veil and shoes in about 10 minutes after saying YES to the dress.If I could do it again I'd go back there 100%.Thank you so much ladies.

Donna was amazing .. i found my dress after trying on everywhere and now i cant wait to try it on again ! So excited ! I wasnt pressured at all into buying anything, i felt really relaxed and thw experience was wonderful.

I have yet to find my dress. But I know that I wouldnt want to go anywhere else when the time is right. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in and nothing is too much trouble for Donna and her amazing team!We had also arranged for me and my Best friend who didn't get her dress from Alice Rose Bridal, to do a hair trial for her wedding next year to see what would work best for her! Would 100% recommend!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Donna; she met all my needs and more. She was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to make sense of what it was I wanted from my dress (I had no idea!) She recommended the most beautiful dresses and I ended up loving styles I wouldn't have tried before. In addition, Donna was just absolutely lovely and made my appointment truly special - just like you imagine it to be!
