We had struggled to find private student house in Canterbury, but Jovi was more than happy to help. He was able to quickly find us somewhere and sorted the paperwork. Nothing was too much of an ask. During our tenancy, Jovi was quick at responding to messages and made sure everything was done with disruption to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to move to the area as they have been overall faultless! :)

Have been living in a property with NH since July and have had the best experience renting since being at Uni for 3 years. I don’t think I could recommend them enough to students especially. They really take the effort to care for their tenants.Considering the bad luck I’ve had with student renting in the past I am 100% going to be looking to use NH again for my final year. I highly suggest looking into their properties if you’re looking for a professional and affordable estate agent to rent with!

Cant say a single bad word about our estate agent (Jovi). He has been patient with us all throughout and has helped us and talked us through absolutely everything. He has gotten any and every problem sorted very quickly with absolutely no problems, would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!!

Had the best experience with Humphrey’s and every member of staff we spoke to in our journey to find our university student housing. Jovi was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in every stage and even drove us back home after the viewing alongside helping us move things into the correct rooms :) Having had experience with other companies for finding accommodation, the service at Humphrey’s is incomparable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to move house for a pleasant and nice experience.

By far they have been the best agency i have rented though. They were very quick in responding to issues and made the duration of our tenancy easy. I've had an extremely positive experience with Nicholas Humphreys. Especially Jovi, he is extremely reliable and efficient. Whenever I had issues or doubts he was always keen on helping. As an international student moving to a foreign country, sorting issues related to taxes, exemptions and issues related to the country can be really overwhelming. There was a problem related to an issue in the system and I was resulting liable for council tax. Jovi acted as an intermediary and he promptly contacted the council and solved the issue on my behalf!I'd recommend the company as I never had issues of any kind with them.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. i would highly recommend this group and their professionalism. I am a student from Canada, and they went out of their way to find me a place to live upon my arrival to the UK. Had a problem with our heating at the property we were renting under Nicholas Humphreys. As university students this can be stressful and scary especially when the temperature outside is already so low during the winter period. However we had great responses and communication from the estate agent, who was in constant contact with us and the landlords. Together they were able to fix the issue within a matter of a couple of days (minus weekend disruptions due to the boiler company being closed). We were kept updated on the issue of the boiler and it was fixed as soon as physically possible.

Jovi has been absolutely incredible. He has gone above and beyond to help make sure we felt safe and happy in our accommodation. The initial place we looked at was in a state of disarray. The landlord hadn't done the cleaning he was supposed to. Jovi was so worried about us that he went and made sure to cover our take out for our first night here in Canterbury. He also drove us to see two other options for potential rooms. Initially we were going to stay with the first room because of the size. However, the very next day we were walking to campus and he called us to let us know that a larger room had come available. He knew we would love it and insisted on coming to pick us up so we didn't have to walk there. He was absolutely right. The room is fantastic. The property is clean and in and ideal location. To be honest, this whole process has been so stream lined and smooth that we are in awe. Never have we felt more taken care of and our comfort considered with a rental company. Nicholas Humphreys is the best company we have ever signed with. Their agent Jovi is without a doubt their best asset. If you are looking for a room do yourself a favor and check out this company. Just make sure to ask for Jovi and, trust me, you will not regret it!
