I have been attending deep tissue massage sessions with Iwona for a few months after suffering from a back problem .Iwona diagnosed the problem quickly as well as the reason why I was unknowing having other issues. Iwona put in place a treatment plan to help resolve the issue I can now say that my back and overall body is in a much better condition . Iwona also taught me easy & fast techniques that I can do at home to help keep me .Highly recommend & a great service

Iwona is excellent. I’ve had many massages but never anything like this. She takes the time to assess you and tailor your appointments to work on what you need. I’ve been for ongoing treatment for my lower back and I can’t recommend her enough. Her treatments feel relaxing but also really beneficial. If you’re lucky you might see her gorgeous dog too.

Iwona's knowledge and evidence based approach is unmatched. She is extremely thorough and accurately identifies the problem every time. Her approach is very professional yet personable and she takes the time to get to know you, she takes a holistic approach to her practice. She has helped me recover from several sports related injuries I have had over the past year. Finally, she is very honest and doesn't try to force extra sessions on you if they're not needed, this is a rare trait in business.

I have been going to Iwona for lymphatic drainage massage post plastic surgery. She is absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. I noticed a difference straight away. I had been going to someone else and didn't feel that it helped. I am having more surgery and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend

Can’t recommend Iwona highly enough. I’ve been going to oestopaths, chiropractors & getting sports massages for years as I suffer from back problems along with stiff & tight muscles. I like to keep active & play golf which was starting to become a problem as was always in a lot of pain forcing myself round 18 holes. Now having had a few sessions with Iwona I’m feeling so much better, rejuvenated & enjoying my golf again. Can’t thank her enough.

Goodness me! What a great massage! I went because I was having frequent bad tension headaches and generally a bit achey breaky from sitting too much in front of a computer screen. The massage was the most restorative I've ever had. It was vigorous in a good way and I was quite spaced out after so I'd recommend taking it easy afterwards - but I now feel pre-lockdown good - and although I've had one headache since - I feel much more aligned and balanced. Thoroughly recommended.

Iwona is a true professional. I had been suffering from neck pain and lower back pain for years and it started affecting my mental health, I went to visit Iwona and she listened and then assessed me and explained the reasons why I experience the pains and symptoms and it all made sense. After my first appointment I could feel the difference in the pain level I had experienced and my mobility has improved so much. 9 months on and Ive never felt better physically and mentally and its all thanks to Iwona. I 100% recommend.
