It is a first come first serve basis, it does have onsite parking but is limited. Tyre prices are reasonable, depending on the brand of course. Very quick once it's your turn, professionally fitted, in and out. Very good service

Needed a puncture repair. Had to wait over sn hour as they were very busy. Not a good idea to go on a Friday. You can leave your car and collect later. Once it was my turn, puncture sorted quickly and cost £17.00. Have used this company for years. Good reputation for being fair and honest.

Scratched my wheels, tore the inside of one of the tyres I wanted to keep, they left black tar like bead sealer on my wheels which they didn't bother to clean off. Expected a call after an hour or so to be told when my car would be ready, they never called! plus I was incorrectly quoted for the job and ended up paying double! As an ex employee of theirs I was not expecting awful and unacceptable standards, this would never have happened if it were a regular customer.Avoid this place, and most importantly avoid working here! It's bad for your physical and mental health!

Poorly organised time wasters. The person who checked me in took my number saying it would be about 45 mins for them to look at my puncture. I asked if I could leave to sit in a nearby cafe while they fixed it which he said was fine and that they’d call me as soon as it was done and shouldn’t be long after that, and took the keys to move the car to within the garage. While I was in the cafe they took the car out twice as they drove past me.The 2nd time they took the car out was about an hour after the first time so I assumed they I assumed it was part of how they fix it and found it strange they didn’t say that they’d be doing that. But expected to get a call soon. About an hour after that I still hadn’t heard, it had been 2 hours since dropping off. So I called them and a different guy said the car was already ready but he wasn’t aware he was supposed to call me. When I got back clearly frustrated he was defensive and rude and rather than apologise for the oversight on behalf of the garage insisted it wasn’t his fault as he hadn’t been told. And also that the car was only read 5 mins before I called which I found v hard to believe. All very shoddy.
