Homesense Greenwich

Love it! Nice big selection of home stuff. Store on its own! Worth the visit!

This is the main Homesense that we visit and we like it very much. We buy food, kitchenware, and other types of items, especially Christmas, Halloween, and Easter ones.

My favourite place. I live in middx but whenever I go to Greenwich to visit my mum it's my favourite shopping store to go too. Its also special to me as it was my place to go to with my younger sister who is now past. It reminds me of her shopping knowledge and her laughter.

Can always come here for a bargain! Love that it’s now next to the tkmaxx which is amazing. Love their hallowe’en section every year. Always looks nice and neat and well presented and staff are always polite and helpful

Really good shop lods of home decor. This is my go to shop when i am looking to give someone a gift fot their house.Quite a few unique home decor items here, the price range is quite wide from very cost effective to pricy itemsThey mostly have items in different sizes and colors as well, so ask for help if you need more options.Recommended to visit if you have not already.

Bought a garden set from this store and paid £42 for delivery. Upon arrival we realized all legs were loose. We contacted customer service after 10 minutes of receiving the items, they said we had to contact the store. After contacting the store and explaining the situation they said we had to call Anyvan and ask them to contact the store to arrange for collection.Anyvan informed me that they had never heard of such a thing. They kindly contacted the store and told me I had to pay for the collection of the items. Even though I had sent proof and video of the chairs being damaged. The manager got so angry that accused me of shouting when I was just in fact defending my right and she put the phone down. Hope the management listens to the phone conversation and realise how the store manager treats customers. There was no apology for all the inconvenience. Just pure grief.Very disappointed.Edit : The customer service has emailed me to say I have to make arrangements for the collection of the damaged goods even though I have sent video proof that the goods are damaged. Such an immoral way to treat customers.

They've always got really electic stuff at a good price range. The customer service is also excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. I could spend hours shopping here. In fact, I never leave without buying something.

Nice store, but the US mother branches offer a lot more for better prices.
