Projects The Lanes

Projects Brighton hosted a Sofar Sounds show last week and we absolutely loved it. The Globe Room is a really versatile event space with great acoustics.Huge thanks to Bonnie who was so welcoming and helpful and offered a great selection of beer & wine for a very reasonable price on her pop-up bar.

Since our creative agency joined Projects in Jan 2023, we've been blown away by the space. The facilities, team, member community and programme of events are all next-level and it's situated in the best part of town, seconds from the lanes and seafront. We've looked at a lot of office options in Brighton and this is a standout leader. Bravo Team Projects!

I love this space so much. The team are all incredible and so supportive and friendly. It's in the best possible location, right in the heart of town with some fantastic members who are just nice, kind people within the co-working community. I enjoy meeting and having little chats with them and like working from the open-plan, co-working space on the ground floor for this reason.The other working spaces across all floors are immaculate, as are the shared kitchen spaces and restrooms. It's a great place to work, have meetings, collaborate, and just be in general.I have recommended Projects to many friends who have since joined. Alex has created such an incredible culture for her team and her members and it's great to experience the high levels of service that is delivered consistently by every team member.I always leave feeling a little inspired, which is a great feeling.Chefs kiss, 12/10

We held a company event at Projects the Lanes for 80 people and had a great experience! Bonnie was so helpful in the run up, answering all our questions and generally making sure we were as prepared as we could be. Everything went smoothly on the day and the team really made sure it all went off without a hitch. Thanks guys - I'm sure we will be back! ;-)

The most beautifully arresting and versatile space! We had a Creativity and Wellness Day here for Run Like The Wolf and there was so much room to move and dance — the sound system is great too!

Such a fantastic place to work. Brilliant mix of co-working spaces with options for quiet or social spaces and cafe area and calling rooms. Bookable meeting rooms including the Globe room with incredible views over Brighton.Member perks are brilliant - discounts off local places yoga, SUP, quiz nights etc.Concierge guys are super helpful and sooo lovely. Amazing parties, roof terrace - what's not to like?

We used The Globe events space at Projects The Lanes to launch our Great Minds Think Different campaign in Brighton and everything about it was great. We chose Projects The Lanes as we needed an accessible and inclusive venue - good lift facilities, wide corridors and disabled bathrooms.Centrally located, it was easy for my team coming from London to get there from Brighton Station and convenient for attendees.The new tech facilities made it easy for us to live stream the event out, great projector and massive screen and a variety of easy to use microphones. The team were all really helpful and accommodating. I can’t recommend enough.

A wonderful coworking space. From the workspace team and fellow members to the on-site cafe with great coffee and snacks - this space has got it all to support a productive day. It’s also one of the most aesthetically pleasing spaces I’ve ever been to. Thanks, Projects!

Best place to work in Brighton! Super friendly staff, great location, and excellent spaces to work. Projects manages to strike the right balance between a modern, fun workplace, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Beautiful workspace area, lovely meeting rooms & very supportive (and attentive) staff. I would definitely recommend using Projects for co working or meeting room space. Having tried a variety in Brighton, this is by far my favourite.
