lost my items, delivery day kept getting changed. Wasted more then 2 weeks. At the end just got a refund.

Avoid at all cost. Shipped out good multiple times" never delivered. Complete waste of time."

Would not advise ordering from this company, ordered an 8x4m roll vinyl which came with a manufacturer fault within the vinyl, when complaining to customer service about the fault they eventually agreed to send out a replacement it wasn’t till I phoned back up later that day to give accurate measurements for the replacement that I was then told they were not going to give me a replacement or refund at all, I was then put in contact with the director of this company and got nothing but rude responses and we were getting emails blaming us for the fault even though it wasn’t even plausible,for an online only company you’d expect them to be more understanding with their customers and complaints. We were advised by trading standards to get the contact details for the manufacture through the company so that the manufacturer could deal with the replacement instead and the director of this company completely ignored my email regarding this and would not pass this information on.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I cannot recommend this company at all, I have had great stress and have lost a large amount of money from this experience, please be aware & careful! I placed an order a few months ago and have been so upset and appalled by the overall experience that I’ve had to drop the complaint and i’m only able to write a review now. I had placed a large order of roughly £400 worth of various vinyl flooring rolls. Issues with delivery date being cancelled/ moved multiple times and when items were delivered they were left in a public entrance of my apartment building by a third party courier company (man in a van) and immediately the driver had left without my signing any delivery note or making conversation past my name. I then realised as I looked at items that 1 was faulty (ripped through multiple layers of the roll - I think it’s important to note that the quality of the material is also not great) and another roll, although the correct and matching colour, was the wrong style. I called the supplier immediately and within minutes of the delivery I explained what had happened and asked them to send the driver back as he had only just left, they said that they were unable to do anything as the driver is a third party company and that they items could be collected the following Monday (this happened Wednesday morning btw!) I explained that I lived in a city centre busy apartment block and that as I could only get the products in my property if I opened and unrolled them (which is stated on their website they would not accept as a return) that the items were not safe to be left out, they persisted that this is all they could offer. Another point I made was that i was paying a handy man for the day to fit and move items for me (I’m disabled so can’t move large heavy items alone) and that I could not pay him to come out twice so I would have no choice but to leave them in the public space, we’ll as you’d imagine they were unfortunately stolen within a day and even after providing the company with a police crime number I was told by the company that this was my own problem and to claim through my insurance - obviously no-one would have foreseen recieving faulty and incorrect items and would therefore had them covered in any type of insurance. Basically a fob off. I want to make it clear that after myself, and then my sister (taking over the complaint for me as I was so upset) making multiple phone calls and emails with the company we only ever spoke to a very young customer service rep who was sympathetic and kind but ultimately he was passing messages between his management and myself as they had no interest or duty of care to resolve , or even acknowledge this awful situation. I cannot believe that a company would treat its customers (and staff!) so poorly. There’s much more annoying and upsetting details which I can’t even fit in this review but ultimately I’d say I’ve lost about £200 and have been massively affected, i which I’d read reviews before using this company and I ultimately I don’t want anyone to be treat the way I have, please be careful :)

Pleasant experience, the carpet and other resources were good value for money and quality was sufficient. The delivery team were very accommodating to my preferences and communicated effectively throughout the whole delivery process

Everything was good except for the delivery. Very good priced flooring and good quality carpet. The ladies in the customer service team were sooooooo helpful with organising delivery as I needed it to arrive in time to be fitted however the delivery arrived and the couriers dumped it outside our flat. I asked if they could help bringing it up as I am only 5ft 3 and not very strong however the rude (lady) delivery drivers shouted at me to say they werent allowed to enter people properties - I said I didnt need them to come into the property but just help me bring it up the stairs and they then drive off! I am appalled by the way the lady shouted at me and their unwillingness to help, they really have let The Carpet Warehouse down and they have left a really bad taste in my mouth. 2 stars are for the ladies in the customer service team but the delivery drivers behaviour is seriously unacceptable

Wish I had read the reviews of this company before dealing with them. I would not recommend this company, they are rude , unhelpful and a pathetic attitude . They need to take lessons in customer service.
