Fantastic to have a thoroughly ethical supplier in an industry better known sometimes for scoundrel practices. Gerry Strain and his team keep going the extra mile for our business and every last member of his team, from the helpdesk to the engineer visiting onsite, delivers an exceptional service to Brightwork. Document Solutions Northern started supplying Brightwork three years ago because of the hugely positive experience I had with them at my previous employers. Gerry & Co (as I knew they would) have converted the entire Brightwork business over to the DocSol fan club. It's a pleasure and a real breath of fresh air to have our business supported by a company like this.

We trust Gerry and his team with all our printing and photocopy needs. Nothing is ever a problem. We never run out of ink and whenever our machines require servicing or attention Gerry usually has someone onsite within hours. My advice is simple, forget the rest, just go with the best.
