Barefoot Birth Pools

Great quality birth pool. My home birth midwives commented how they think Barefoot are the best. Quality pool and so easy to setup and put away. It was as if it had never been there just a few hours after birth.

Excellent service and quality items. The owner is very kind and thoughtful in how she communicates and does business. We loved our birthing pool experience.

When I placed the order for the Birth pool we were very worried about my wife going into labour before the due date, perhaps even before the scheduled delivery of the pool, so I contacted the owner and asked if anything could be done, he went out of his way to prepare one specially for me to come and collect the same day, at I imagine much personal effort.Everything that comes with the kit is of good quality, clean and ready to go out of the box with minimal set up time, there were also troubleshooting instructions as well as a clear step by step guide on how the items should be packed for return. At which point if there are no issues you should receive your deposit refunded in full like I did promptly.They provided great service, going above and beyond what I would have expected.

We had an amazing experience using Barefoot. Everything is super easy with them, both receiving and returning, no hidden costs and easy to get hold of. The pools and equipment are top quality too, we loved it.Most importantly though, we called up Barefoot and they were so knowledgable and kind about all aspects of birth. They helped us with a range of things and gave us confidence to home birth, because they are wonderful!Highly highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Great quality pools and equipment, inexpensive for the amount of time the pool is hired for, and fantastic customer service (I had immediate replies at 10pm on a Saturday night!!!). I would recommend Barefoot Birth Pools to anyone considering a home birth!

Second time using this company. Very helpful and reliable. When looking at other companies this was the only one with the decency to return my calls. Will recommend but hope not to use again as I plan not have more children lol.

We have used Barefoot twice and the whole experience was fantastic each time. Everything came well packaged with everything you need and with very clear instructions, making it really easy to set up and use the pool. All the questions we had were answered in the documents, and it was also clear what steps were needed to take down the pool and return it to ensure your deposit was refunded in full.Communication with the team was excellent. We experienced a very slight delay from the courier. Before we'd even really noticed, Shona from Barefoot had been in touch with us to let us know that they were on the case, chasing up the delivery and telling us that if it looked like it would be difficult to resolve, they had another package ready to be shipped out immediately and would send this on. This was great customer service!Overall we'd highly recommend Barefoot to anyone looking for a birth pool

Fantastic customer service throughout the rental. Refund of deposit processed very quickly. All instructions very clear. Highly recommend for anybody looking to hire a birth pool.

A really good experience. We found out very last minute that the hospital couldn't provide a pool for a home birth. Barefoot were recommended to us, and they delivered a pool within 24 hours of ordering it.Ordering process was very simple and the checklist for what was delivered / what needed to be returned was very straightforward.Customer service was excellent, had a few queries about return process for the product and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Ordered online. Delivered on determined date. Box well packed with all items in brilliant, as new condition. Guide book was useful to explain how everything works/how to use.Phoned before returning the items to confirm a couple things; very polite and helpful on the phone, the owner's husband I believe.I would highly recommend. 5/5
