Family Trees by Hannah

Hannah reasearched several family trees for me and they were fantastic !, beautiful scrolls detailing the family names, a very high quality book of photographs with pictures of buildings my relatives once lived in. Gravestones and locations, she really bought the past to life, highly recommended.

Hannah has provided an unbelievable service to my family, from helping track down long lost family members to providing fantastic family tree's from which we found out things we could never of believed. The detail included and the effort she puts in cannot be underestimated, sitting down to read press clippings from murders your great great great grandfather committed is about as fascinating as it gets! We cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am so, so glad that I came across Hannah's website! I ordered a family tree for my Dad's 70th and I'm so incredibly over the moon!! Hannah is extremely talented, I tried to do this myself, it's a lot harder than you think. The presentation of the family tree is absolutely beautiful! Hannah is extremely helpful and keeps you updated every step of the way, you can tell Hannah is as excited as you are to find out information. I was on a VERY short timescale and Hannah managed to pull the information and tree together with WEEKS to spare! She is honestly amazing, I am SO glad that I found her. What a fabulous all round experience , getting snippets of information along the way, great communication throughout and in the end a fantastic product, the very best . Opening my framed family tree and book was just priceless , something tangible , great to get your hands on, a great talking piece for your friends and family and an heirloom to be left to be added to . We received our 5 generation family tree and book beautifully packaged and in perfect condition all the way over in Australia. I started researching my family tree and got so far, that's when I decided to find a genealogist. After some research I found Family Trees by Hannah, a local Yorkshire lass who charged fair Yorkshire prices. After making contact with Hannah. She discussed what I wanted to achieve from the project and my budget. She gave a comprehensive breakdown of the scope of the project and time scales.Hannah kept in touch throughout the process and dropped intriguing nuggets of information she had found along the way, this added to the interest of the finished presentation book. On the back of this I commissioned Hannah to start a second project for another family member for a Christmas gift. Again Hannah was very repsonisve to my queries and again outlined the scope and timescale of the project.Once complete I received two incredible presentation books to give as gifts. As a family we sat round and looked through each page with intrigue as our family history was there in front of us. Beautifully laid out, easy to follow packed full of detail and historical documents.Thank you Hannah, you are truly incredible at what you do.

We used Family Trees by Hannah for a surprise gift for my grandma's big birthday. We were presented with a beautiful scroll containing a detailed and accurate family tree, along with a professionally finished book with photos and information that we had never seen before. This included a beautiful black and white photo that Hannah had found from local media (... A photo that was approx 60 years old) of my grandma in her nurses dress. This brought back memories for my grandma and was lovely for us younger generations to have a glimpse into our family's history. The book was full of history that Hannah had worked hard to dig out and put together with love and care. I know from discussing the work with Hannah that it's a far cry from having a quick Google search, and a lot of time and hours go into this. I was surprised to hear that she phones the local churches to access historic documents, death certificates etc amongst other things but that just gives you a clue to the amount of time and effort put in!Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from Hannah. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. Both the book and family tree are amazing! Highly recommend for that extra special gift!

I would highly recommend Hannah, I got in-touch with Hannah as I wanted to give my dad a thoughtful gift for his 60th birthday and I thought a family tree would be great!Hannah did a fab job, she was professional, friendly and found out some real treats about our ancestors (really interesting!)Hannah offers several services in terms of a full family tree or one side of the family etc, we went for one side as we thought my dad could then continue on with his dads side, as it would give him something to do in his retirement and now lockdown!My dad was thrilled with his present, and it’s something we all enjoy to look at and talk about.Thanks so much Hannah, we all love it!
