Orderd online Tuesday delivers out on Friday. The items seem to be of great quality. We orders reclaimed soil bulk bag two blue slate chips. And a pea gravel. The delivery guy was very polite. The whole experience was very pleasant

I ordered Topsoil and Compost, which was delivered yesterday. A big thank you to the lady I spoke to in the shop she was really helpful and friendly. The topsoil is really good quality, I'm very happy with it and will be buying some more to do my front garden flower beds.

Rang them at 9am by 11am I had 2tonne of stones on my drive brilliant and guy that delivered them was lovely and they were cheaper than any one else

Superb experience with Sunningdale. Very approachable staff and drivers.Bought bulk bag of topsoil twice, on both occasions top quality of soil, rich and dark without any rubbish or stones.Waste collection is perfect service as I could get rid of paving bricks and stones for a fair price.

At first taking payment no problems there, price for goods reasonable, quality of product spot on, delivery time fast and delivery driver very friendly and polite.Now onto a serious note. I ordered the wrong type of sand which was my fault for not double checking with my contractor and I only needed half a tonne of hardcore rather than a full bag.I arrived at site and spoke to a lady at the counter. I explained what happened and asked whether I can return the wrong goods and purchase the right ones with delivery charge at my expense. She started talking to me in an abrupt manner making me feel guilty that I should have got it right. I'm not a builder nor are most the people out there and little empathy would have been appreciated. She had a huge dog (I think a German shepherd) next to her and sensed distress in her voice. Because of this it barked at me! Feeling already intimidated of the situation an experienced gardener (who was a customer) explained how to utilize the materials initially purchased. The lady also gave me looks like it's not rocket science.Therefore I wouldn't be buying from these guys again!
