From my first email enquiry I felt very confident in dealing with Alec at Grid Neural to retrofit a battery storage system to take advantage of my existing solar PVC system. He visited the site to evaluate the feasibility of the best location for the battery. He continued to think about the best place and it is now in the garage loft. Will, the electrician and Alec used ropes to lift the GivEnergy 9.5kWh battery into location. The battery is are very heavy. The electrician did a very neat job in installing a separate distribution board and back up power point. Both were tidy workmen, most polite and no trouble to have no site. Alex has considerable technical knowledge of the GivEnergy system and by 6.00pm on day 2 the battery was powering the house. Highly recommend.

I have just had a 6kwh system installed on roof , together with a 3.6 Givenergy Hybrid Inverter and 8.2kwh battery. The advice from Alec was spot on and the workmanship of him and his staff was faultless. Everything was installed to a high standard, with special mention to Dave and Will. I would recommend Grid Neutral without hesitation to anyone looking for a solar solution.

I cannot recommend Alec and his team highly enough. Our project of Eurener all-black in-roof solar PV, GivEnergy 3.6kw Gen2 inverter, GivEnergy 9.5kwh Battery and Hypervolt EV charger took almost a year to complete due to the infamous global supply chain issues. However the EV charger was fitted rapidly with initial problems resolved very quickly. The solar PV system was also installed within a few months and looks great. Alec lent me a Solis inverter so I could make use of the PV whilst the inverter I wanted was delayed repeatedly. When it finally arrived, Alec installed it within a few days and its up and running, surpassing expectations. Alec and his team should be proud of the not-insignificant part they are all playing in the renewable energy transition. Thanks again.

I couldn’t recommend Grid Neutral enough. From initial contact it was 6 weeks from start to finish and the system up and running.Mike and Alec were both really helpful and made sure all the work was carried out to a high standard.We had x14 panels plus a 9.5kw battery fitted and today alone the systems produced 31.25kw so I’m looking forward to seeing what it can actually achieve when it’s in the middle of summer!

We have had installed an in roof (slate) system with hybrid inverter and battery. Alec and his team completed the work to the highest standards from commencement to commissioning. The installation is very neat in all aspects. Alec answered all queries with clear explanations. The system has exceeded our expectations completely, including performance. We would recommend Neutral Grid without hesitation.

Alec was great - excellent, honest communication and very reliable. He explained the different options, and the pros and cons of each. He's very knowledgeable. He and the team also did a very neat and tidy job on installation, with the panels, wiring and inverter/battery kit.
