Have to start by thanking Conrad. I had my house on the market with another agent, however, I kept receiving flyers from Conrad at Remax. He had recently sold another property on my road so I thought why not give it a go! I telephoned him and within 24 hours he was sitting in my lounge, late on a Friday evening, almost as enthusiastic about my property as I was! I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was this, together with his honesty, that made me decide to give Conrad my business and I would absolutely use him again! Highly recommend!
