We recently hired a stairlift for my mum whose mobility had become reduced, we didn’t want to buy either as mum is life limited. We used Home Stairlifts Ltd.Andy undertook a survey and a week later installed the stair lift.An exceptional workman - clean, tidy and unobtrusive, within a morning it was fitted and we were given the reassurance mum no longer is at risk of falling.There was no mess to have it fitted. From initial contact by phone,then subsequent visits ,to firstly measure the property for the lift, and finally for installation, Andy was nothing but,polite,professional, efficient and good natured.The installation took a little longer than quoted-purely because it was 32°c and everything was a little bit slower because of this..The property was left spotless after his visit,with no marks on the carpet or walls.He explained all the workings of the lift,and demonstrated how to use the controls in a clear way.The lift itself is very simple to use,really straightforward, and self charging, so no need to worry about loss of power.There are safety features built in,to stop children from playing on it,or for it to not work,unless the controls are locked,which is a great feature.The lift itself is not noisy,and very easy to operate. It doesn't look out of place,even in an oak framed building.To summarise..A really good stairlift, supplied and installed, by a company who is passionate about the people they are installing for,and the product they supply.Highly recommended with no hesitation.Many thanks Andy.

When you need these things you need them now. Home Stairlifts understood that from the off. I phoned them and the lady who answered the phone was polite and helpful from the off. I had a survey visit the next day and the stairlift was fitted the day after that! If only life was always like this!It’s early days of course as was just installed the day before last but all working well at the mo. And am so grateful.
