Damian is brilliant. If ever I fancy a new piece of jewellery or want my jewellery altering, I come to see Damian and the team at Carr's. Customer service is excellent, they are helpful and you always know you are getting excellent quality. We've just bought our wedding rings from here and it was so easy and stress free. I cannot recommend Carr's highly enough.

I chose this lovely local jewellers to find a special ring for myself in honour of my daughter being born. I was so particular about what I was looking for & the staff were super helpful & patient in helping me find my perfect ring! They have a good selection of different styles & price points & every member of staff I encountered we're very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating & professional. The Carr's display box my ring was presented in is such high quality. I called ahead to ask that my tiny be ready to collect & it was presented to me in such a beautiful way. Thank you for making this special experience even more special. I'll definitely be a regular customer in future. X

Didn’t manage to say thank you personally as mum picked up my ring but Carrs were very understanding of the ask and did a fantastic job. The ring looked much better than expected (fix of a family heirloom) and I couldn’t be happier - much better than the simple fix I was expecting. There was no pressure to upsell and everyone was super helpful. Really love how Carrs gave new life to an old ring. Much more reasonable prices than london! Thanks to the team

Absolutely 1st class customer service. Laura was amazing helping me find the right Christmas gift for my wife, even during lockdown she managed to communicate via WhatsApp sending me a selection of rings to choose from using the information I had given her regarding style etc. I would definitely recommend there services. We visited today to look at a watch for me. We ended up buying one each for my wife and I. The service and attention we received was first class, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were pleasant, attentive and helpful. We searched everywhere in the North West to have a Clogau, Welsh gold wedding band re-sized. We really struggled and found most places do not have the equipment to work with Clogau, unless your in Wales where most jewellers can.We then found Carrs who were so helpful from the off! The staff are great, very professional and ensured the ring fits absolutely perfect, even down to quarter of a size. They didn’t charge the earth, but in all honesty their customer service and turn around times mean you’d be happy to pay either way! I would definitely recommend and thank you!

I have used this establishment a few times over the last 14 ish years and every time I am amazed at the level of service I receive, the best customer service I have ever had anywhere.. Damian and his team always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. This is the 2nd occasion I have had a custom piece made for my wife and although it was not an overly expensive article I felt that the same attention to detail was given as if it was worth millions..So bravo to Damian, Laura and the rest of the team for their excellent work and dedication to their customers
