As someone with little to no knowledge of computers or hardware, the idea of a custom build was somewhat daunting until I made contact with Shaun.Every step of the way he was professional, knowledgeable and patient, answering my (many) questions promptly and thoroughly. Genuine throughout, my needs were catered for perfectly and the end product was everything I could have wanted. Pricing was highly competitive and transparent, I knew exactly what I was getting.Delivery was free and flexible and everything was packaged safely and securely. Once set up, I was delighted to find that my new PC met and then exceeded my every expectation. It looks stunning and runs like a dream. Very fortunate to have stumbled across Pulse IT whilst searching for someone local to attempt to fix my PC. The depth of diagnosis was in excess of what I was expecting (we originally thought it was software problem, but it turned out to be hardware) and, once we realised it was beyond economic repair, I purchased a new device from them which I have been delighted with so far. Spoke with Shaun yesterday about linking 2 monitors to a new HP Elitebook, I did call HP but their help was no help at all. I have looked at everything over the last day or 2, previously spent a fortune on my last computer on the incorrect docking stations and leads. Shaun looked into this immediately, he recommended the correct things to buy and they arrive tomorrow. I am not Tech minded at all and Shaun was great in understanding and explaining everything to me, VGA, display ports etc are words that mean nothing to me so it couldn’t of been easy for him. Can’t recommend this company enough, thank you Shaun for all your help and fixing an issue which my own IT Department could not do. Your help is appreciated so much . Very happy customer

Helpful, Honest, professional and customer-focused. Shaun takes the threat of covid very seriously and goes the extra mile to keep customers safe which is very important to me as I'm shielding vulnerable adults. The service provided was absolutely brilliant and communication was top class.It takes time, consideration and effort to provide this level of customer care and I rate this company as 'Outstanding.'I rarely leave reviews but it's a long time since I've been this impressed. 10/10

I had an unusual issue with my Microsoft Surface - a silica gel bead stuck into the audio socket! One phone call later - solution discussed -surface good as new having only lost access for two hours - and returned in far cleaner condition than when collected and at an incredibly competitive fee. Cannot recommend highly enough!
