My dog hates this food, she just turns and walks away from it. When really hungry she ate three croquettes and left the rest. If I mix anything with it, she eats that and spits out the Burns food. What more can I say? This is horrible food for dogs!

EDIT 7 NOVEMBER 2022:Don't, whatever you do, have an emergency that requires you to call for help while you're in the loo. Credit where it's due: this is the cleanest, freshest-smelling shop toilet I've seen in a long time, but I'm not sure that's much consolation if you've just had a fall and need help. The emergency cord is not just tied up out of the way: it's tied up with wire right up to the ceiling as though it was never untied.* * * * * * * * * * * * *The cat food, especially the free-from, is excellent. Not cheap, but when you compare the ingredients with a mass-market brand, it becomes clear why it's priced as it is: there's no rubbish in it.The new shop, just like their range of foods, is still depressingly skewed towards dogs. Cat food appears to be almost an afterthought tucked away almost out of sight. And the location! Could it be any more awkward to find? Right up the furthest end of the retail park past the Water Board offices and the animal pathology labs, it has one tiny, temporary signpost on the roundabout, which you'll almost definitely miss if you're walking, and another, slightly ambiguous one part-way up the hill. All in all:5* for the food;2* for the shop1* for location0* for pedestrian accessibility1* for disability-friendliness (if you can get to the shop up the hill with the disappearing pavements and no drop kerbs where they're needed - not something Burns can control, I know - it's all nice and level and the aisles are not stupidly narrow. But lose stars for the emergency cord being tied up with wire)5* for overall cleanliness0* for signage.Could really have made something of moving out of town but blew it completely. Please take a new unit in town so we don't have to walk miles in the rain to get to your out-of-town superstore.
