Window to the Womb Cramlington (Newcastle North)

We’ve been Window to the Womb in Cramlington 4 times for our baby scans after being recommended by a neighbour. Esme has been brilliant every time we have been in, remembered little personal details about us and our baby. The experience has been amazing and we would definitely recommend Window to the Womb for expecting parents!

My son Jack and his lovely partner Emma invited me and his dad to attend their appointment this afternoon. I didn't know what to expect, but I was really impressed with the service we received. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the waiting room was comfortable with enough seating for two groups of people. The scan room was large and warm and the image is projected onto three walls so that nobody misses a thing. The ladies who carried out the scan made every effort to ensure that Emma was comfortable throughout the procedure. They were all so kind and enthusiastic, taking time to explain what they were doing and pointing out features of the image that are hard to recognise with an untrained eye. They made us feel as if they were as excited about the baby as we were and it gave the whole experience a warm, family atmosphere. It really was a magical day, thank you so much to all of you!

My wife and I had a great time for our very first gender reveal scan (previous 2 pregnancies we didn't find out). We were made to feel special from walking through the door and made our children feel special too. What a great experience for us all and I can't recommend them enough. If you're unsure about a scan for any reason, come to WTTW Cramlington and they'll care for you beyond your expectation!!!

I’ve been a million times just to see my baby. Every single time The girls have been amazing. Their reassurance every time is second to none! Even though there’s been times when I’ve thought. “God they’ll be sick of seeing me”Or “is she back again” Can’t fault the service, their time and patience, because I’d still be worrying now if it wasn’t for these girls. We visited WTTW Cramlington for a 16 week appointment and I can not believe the care and compassion the whole team had for me and my partner. From the moment we stepped in the door we felt so safe, the team shared a sneak peek of baby in 4D and were absolutely amazing at keeping the gender a secret while scanning and selecting photos!!We were then able to have the intimate gender reveal we had dreamed of!As someone who is a big worrier the team were great at talking me through what they were doing and being reassuring, they took time to spend with us to ensure we got the pictures we will treasure for a lifetime!We can’t wait to be back for the 4D scan at 28 weeks!! Extremely nice staff. Made myself, my partner and our little boy feel completely at ease and comfortable. They were also very discreet at our gender scan. 5* service!

Had two scans here with my first baby, all the staff were so welcoming and comforting, genuinely excited for you. I cannot recommend coming to this clinic for any baby scans enough - both gender and 4D scans were amazing. We will be back.

Had a 4d scan for our baby girl last night. It was the second attempt (she’s shy) the time and effort that all of the staff put into making sure this happened was above and beyond.They didn’t think it was going to be possible for her to turn enough to see her beautiful face, so took the time to carry out a growth scan. Finding out the weight of our daughter was an added bonus.Then last minute she turned around and gave us the biggest smileAmazing experience, which would probably not have been possible without the patience and dedication of all the staff working.We have the videos and pictures we wanted and can’t stop looking at them.Highly recommend this place.The next time we go back will be with our baby girl so she can say hi!Thank you all!
