What a refreshing experience dealing with Alpha Hot Tub Servicing. I had a problem and with their advice we have managed to resolve it over the phone. Also ask for pricing on your chemicals as these appear to be better than you can purchase normally online. Thank you

This is my first experience of requiring Peter’s expertise with my hot tub. I can highly recommend him. He went out of his way to advise on more effective ways to maintain the hot tub and the safety aspects of it, also supplying good quality products. Fantastic service :))

I had a burnt out pcb board. If you own a hot tub you know how hard it is to find someone to repair them but found this company on google. Called them on a Wednesday, Peter had the part on order that day and fitted next week. You can’t get better service for hot tub repairs than that. Friendly, efficient and keen to help. Learnt lots about tubs when he came. Sells chemicals and all you need to keep the tub going. Great company. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Peter was recommended to me to purchase chemicals from for my new hot tub I had on order. His advice and expertise were excellent. I thought I had done my research on the hot tub I was purchasing but after more advice from Peter I decided to cancel that one and purchase one from Peter.So pleased I did!! Absolutely delighted with my hot tub and his efficient and professional manner in dealing with all of my numerous questions!! The advice on how to maintain the hot tub and has been invaluable too. Can’t recommend him highly enough

From first contact Peter provided reliable information in regards to servicing and maintenance of our Flare hot tub. He answered all our questions and explained to us where we were going wrong in the daily weekly maintenance of our tub.Peter provided excellent value for money, carrying out the service and even supplied a new filter at a less expensive price than our usual supplier. definitely a 5 star rate and we highly recommend using Alpha Hot Tub Servicing.

Really professional had a new pump installed in our blue whale hot tub. Tried a few places and Peter was the only one that could help. Kept in contact all the time we was waiting for the pump showed up on time. And gave some really good advise. Will be using Peter again. Thanks again.

We had a problem with our hot tub. I called 10 different companies in the Suffolk/ Norfolk area as we needed it fixed asap.Peter at Alpha Hot tubs was the only person to respond in a timely manner.Not only that he has been very helpful on the phone and has even offered to come and give us some training on how to properly manage and clean the tub properly.Will use Peter again and would definitely recommend his services.
