Superb service and very well constructed cabin.I'm so impressed with the service from Cabins Unlimited. Melody was really patient with me and helped me decide on the perfect cabin to fit my tiny garden. Ordering was easy, even with a bit of customisation to the specs. The delivery folk were fantastic and best of all it only took an hour and a half for 2 of us to put it together! It is so well constructed and comes with detailed pictures so it is very straightforward.The cost was also really good. I priced up building it myself and it was a lot more than this kit form cabin. The doors and window are strong and sturdy and the whole thing feels substantial and safe.I just wish I had space for more cabins.

Ordered a bespoke 5m x 3m design cabin from Cabins Unlimited. This all happened during the pandemic but despite the restrictions the team made the ordering process very easy over the phone. I chose a current two room design as a basis for the design and then asked for different door and window positions. A PDF design was sent from them showing how it would look just to check all was ok before processing the final order.There was an initial delay in delivering the cabin due to the understandable global timber shortage and high demand and pandemic issues but the team kept me updated throughout. The delivery driver was excellent and craned the whole 2 ton package right over the garden fence onto the desired location.Once built the cabin is of a very high quality, all the doors, hinges locks and windows & handles are far higher quality than I was expecting. I went for 70mm logs, double glazing and roof and floor insulation which is a must if working in the cabin all year round.Top service from Melody and Natalie and the team at Cabins Unlimited for communication throughout.

These cabin are very well made and look fab once painted. Cabins unlimited were very efficient all the way through and always managed to answer the 1001 queries I had. The installation team were also great and erected the building to a high standard. If I had any tips I would say to get as much of the cabin painted before it goes up especially if it's going to be backed onto a fence or shrubbery as there will be parts which will be hard to get to. There is a lot of wood so you will need space to lay it out or I believe cabins unlimited will paint it for you for a small fee. Defiantly go for the insulation option if your wanting to use it all year as it makes a huge difference . thanks again melody and team for a great job

A good experience all round. I built the cabin myself and delivery was pretty much when they said it would be, a little later by a few weeks but close. The quality of the materials supplied was on the whole above average to excellent. There were a few sub standard sections of timber which I used in the middle of the build to make sure they straightened under the weight. The instructions were not that good to be fair and a number of issues arose during the build because of the instructions giving incorrect information but it was all easy enough to rectify. There was an awful lot of spare timber left after the build, in fact there was enough to make another little cabin for the kids! I have no idea why they give you such a large amount of extra timber but it came in handy. The finish looks good and the cabin is still in the settling period so after the winter has happened we will know just how good the quality really is but early indications are that these are very good value.

We bought a large shed with assembly from Cabins Unlimited and we're so disappointed with it. The door doesn't even close (or lock) because the cut out for the latch is completely in wrong place, it also can't be attached to the right place anymore because the original cut out is so big. There were parts missing and parts not installed, large gaps in the floor, screw tips sticking out everywhere because they're at the wrong angle etc. Also the installers couldn't be bothered to pre-drill anything when putting it together so we have massive splits in several of the main pieces.Cabins Unlimited tried to tell us that these issues are normal for a timber shed which is ridiculous and frankly insulting. We also have recorded footage of their installers destroying two of our plants and damaging our outside tap by smashing a shed wall into it whilst carrying it past.The offered to send the missing pieces and get someone round to fix the ‘snagging’ but it was far more than that and the guys they sent previously were very disruptive and clearly couldn’t care less about the end result. We never received the missing parts and got someone else in to fix the door so it would close!

One of the workers in there work van thought it was funny to get right behind me and beep me whist I was riding my bike!! Fortunately for them they sped off!

The quality of the products, one large heavy duty and a small storage shed were excellent. The company staff who erected them were quick and efficient. The company also skimmed and resurfaced my drive with stone that other contractors found difficult to accept/find. Again quick and efficient. Problems with the delivery of shed (incorrect one sent from manufacturer) and stone (wrong colour from the supplier) caused delays in carrying out the work. These problems were resolved and I am happy with the final results.12 August 2019. Another shed bought and erected by Cabins Unlimited Dereham. I can not fault the company. You would be hard pressed to find better service and customer care.

Two sheds delivered today on the exact day they predicted a couple of months back. Thrilled with the quality of the sheds and how easy they were to construct. Also impressed with their customer service from customer service team to helpful delivery driver... would happily recommend.

I recently purchased an Albany Charnwood Workshop (shed) which I erected myself.I have to say the service from Cabins Unlimited was excellent; particularly from Melody.The workshop/shed was delivered early; which was not a problem and the finished product is of excellent quality.I was so pleased with the completed unit not only did I order a Summer House (which again was delivered early) but I also recommend Cabins Unlimited to a neighbour (who also ordered a Summer House).Before I took early retirement I was a Senior Manager with a national construction company and can say with experience Cabins Unlimited demonstrate what customer service should always be like.I am having the Summer House erected by Cabins Unlimited because my wife is unwell and fully expect it to be a pleasant/professional experience.

We cannot praise the staff at Cabins Unlimited enough. Thank you, Michael Newbold, for keeping us updated with emails, we briefly met the Manager on our first visit who was utterly charming. The customer services were a delight to deal with. The installation men were slick and cleared up as they went along. Together they were made it a comfortable experience.
