Wellspace Architects
We were looking at moving our offices and wanted an architect to support us with space planning and options. We worked with the team who provided honest and straight forward advice on what is possible. In short, they helped us make the correct decision, which in this case was the new office was not correct for our future needs. Whilst working on a project for Legoland I found out that his company did architectural drawings, and I needed an urgent drawing for a £30,000 project to progress, Wellspace Architects was able to take very few details and measurements from me and was then able to give super-fast turnaround on the detail. It was fantastically fast turnround as usually these things can take masses of time, and this was time critical to secure dates to be on-site. This service enabled my contractor to get start dates and also for funds to be released to us. I have no hesitation in letting people know what they can produce.

The team at Wellspace are splendid. From our first enquiry they have been welcoming and professional. They have listened to, and answered every query with expert knowledge and detail. They have not just fulfilled every aspect of our brief, they have taken the time to understand our needs better than we do ourselves, and produced a design that encompasses more than we thought was possible on our small site. The resulting design is practical and stunning. We would highly recommend.

We have used Mitesh & Minal of Wellspace architects for one of our recent developments. From the initial brief, to the final drawings, we were kept informed throughout the design process and the final product exceeded our expectations. In fact, they went above & beyond and even offered us their own advice on how they would maximise the land available, something I wouldn't expect, but very much appreciate!
