Early Learning Years Nursery

This is a wonderful nursery! My son is lucky to be here. Although he was only 2.5 years old, he was given 15 free hours at Ely Nursery. We were met by a wonderful team. In this kindergarten, children have everything for development and entertainment. My son loved attending the nursery. I always received a photo report about what activity my son is engaged in. He molded dough, blew soap bubbles, prepared imaginary tea in a toy kitchen and treated the teacher to it, and did many other things. He always returned home satisfied.

What an absolutely wonderful nursery. As soon as I went to visit I knew it was the right place for our daughter, it truly does feel like a home from home. All the staff, including management, are warm and clearly caring, which filled me with confidence. The personal touches the nursery adds, like colourfully decorating the whole place monthly to celebrate a whole spectrum of cultural events are more meaningful than some other 'added extras' I know other nursery's employ. I was especially delighted by the wonderful Christmas celebration they carefully plan for the children and parents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ELY.

Our two daughters currently attend ELY and our third will soon join them. The care and concern for each child here is amazing. Thanks to the entire staff - I never could have imagined this being so successful - we were looking for a few days of childcare and are getting so much more. Highly recommended for one and all.

If I could give them a zero star I would .My son went there for only 2 months, he cried everyday.They would take him from while he was crying and wouldn’t let me in. They tried to force him to settle .And on his last day he was so scared that he had his eyes closed for nearly 3 hrs that he was there and they didn’t even bother to call me.It’s been a more than a year since I stop sending him there but he still has separation anxiety

ELY has been a wonderful environment for my son to learn and be nurtured. The feedback system works very well and we have always felt well informed of our child's development.The care, love and encouragement he receives to explore and develop at the nursery is fantastic. So similarly the range of tasty, healthy vegetarian meals has definitely helped my son like a wide range of foods.Its a superb, warm and nurturing environment where our son has flourished. We are hugely grateful for the support, care and effort of all the nursery staff, chef and management go to on order to ensure our son have a wonderful nursery experience.

Our experience with ELY Nursery has been one of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. My child attended the nursery over the summer, coming from a different country. Though she's a native English speaker, she was brand new to the UK setting. The seamless integration and warmth ELY Nursery provided was deeply heartening.A special commendation to the classroom staff: Kiira, Nathan, Maria, Ana, and Sinead, who ensured a comforting environment, making the transition easier. The management team, Sat, Sharina, Mya, and Kiira, displayed exemplary commitment. The daily routine was well structured, balancing both learning and play. Prior to signing up the owner gave me misleading information that deposit is refundable with notice, and now when I want to cancel my place with a proper 6 month notice, they are saying the deposit is not refundable. This is a ripoff, as if young mothers are not suffering enough financially, now there are evil nursery owners who are tricking you in such a vulnerable state. Very disappointed.P.s. cancelled because when visited second time was given different info on the tour from the first time, and overall wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the placeP.p.s. You can check that on the day I called I was in the visitor list, and in the first visit I was told the toddler room capacity is max 16, while this time it was 22. So I started to have my doubts.Yes I am frustrated because of the fact that I was told over the phone that the deposit is refundable, and didn’t check terms and conditions in the email before paying which very tricky and I quote: “the £200 deposit is fully refundable subject to us receiving a minimum of 6 weeks’ written notice after you have joined the nursery.” Not confusing at all!And no, every other nursery I was talking to doesn’t have a tricky “fully refundable” deposit policy like yours.Still very disappointed on the tone of your response.Good luck to you too!

ELY nursery has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the attentive and caring staff to the engaging curriculum and safe environment, it's a true haven for kids. The nurturing atmosphere and the incredible staff members gave us a complete peace of mind and allowed our little one to develop her skills and become an independent and confident little person. We couldn't be happier with our choice. If you're looking for a great place for your child to learn and grow, look no further.

Our son Eden attended this nursery for a year. He absolutely loved it there and would literally run into the nursery every day without looking back. The staff at the nursery adored him and we could really tell how well he developed attending the nursery, from his fine motor skills to his vocabulary and his social skills. We really appreciated the daily reports we received on his activity and how they teach the kids about different cultures, we couldn't thank ELY nursery enough for the care they gave him during his time there.
