we came for a pre booked themed 'breakfast with the grinch' today. the experience was fabulous, lots of fun and very well done! excellent value, £8 per child for a fukl English breakfast, time with the grinch, a gift each and a drink. colouring on the table also. £10 for adult breakfast and drink which we felt was slightly on the higher price for the quality of the food and normal menu pricing (i think it would have been priced better to have included the drink), but overall this had been a wonderful experience and very enjoyable! will defo come again - thank you.

Good pub food. Very reasonably priced. Worth booking in advance at the weekend as it gets very busy. I have only rated the atmosphere 4 stars as we were seated behind a large group who were very loud and swearing. In our party, we had a gentleman with a hearing impairment who used a hearing aid. He was struggling to hear us due to the noise from the large group. I asked the staff if we could move tables. They did allow us to swap although it did take quite a lot of persuading and we had to vacate the table half an hour before the next party were booked in. (Which we did.)

Sat at a dirty sticky table, placed order and waited 45 minutes, only to be met with a very inedible meal. My cheese pie was so dark and dry, looks like it was overcooked and either shoved back in the oven to heat up or possibly microwaved, it was vile. To say we were disgusted is an understatement. No cutlery or condiments, had to ask. Was given cutlery, no napkins and dirty condiment containers. We came the year before and was really nice, but has seriously gone downhill. The place was really run down, plaster and paint coming off walls, terrible service, floors filthy, we had a fork and several chips and other bits of food under the table. Will never go back again.

Nice pub with good food which I thought was value for money and they have different deals on the menu. I only gave you 3 stars because I work in the industry and mistakes are made I didn't want to draw the attention to details of my glass had lipstick on some of the cutlery wasn't clean and the table wasn't cleaned properly I know when you are busy thing get missed.

We are regular visitors to Morecambe and have eaten at the Dog and Partridge many times over the years.The pub is very well used and obviously popular. Unfortunately, this means it does look a bit rough around the edges" and is probably due a tidy up here and there.There was an hour long wait for the food
