I had my hair cut today by Dion, she did an absolutely excellent job!She really listened to me and took on board what i wanted and she delivered! its the best haircut I've had in years! Really pleased ! Thank you Dion!

It's the only place I know in Bristol where you can get a very good hairdresser service for little money.

I absolutely loved my experience today. Laura was amazing, gave a lot of attention to detail. She listened to what I wanted and gave a few good suggestions, for which I was grateful.

Really pleased with my haircut. A trainee named Ashleigh did the cut, but with the careful, patient and informative guidance of her instructor (whose name I unfortunately didn't get). At times Ashleigh didn't feel confident with what she was doing and she called her instructor over who demonstrated what to do, and did some of the more difficult bits, like cutting a 'guide' line. It was interesting to see the process and also I thought the trainees were really lucky to have such an attentive, encouraging and friendly instructor. A pleasant experience, and I'll go back to get my hair cut there again.

Good covid precautions, lovely atmosphere, great student to tutor communication, amazing prices! Student who done my colour asked for guidance thru all the process, which i found really positive. Also i have to mention that ' i was listened to' and they done with my hair exactly what i ask for. Thank you.Would highly recommend. Top marks

I've just had my first hair cut/treatment at this academy. I cannot express sufficiently what a great experiene I've had there. Maddy (student) did a great job on my hair. All the staff from reception, right through to the students, were fabulous- professional, personable, efficient, kind, courteous and friendly.The tutor's exceptional skills/presence/profesionalism permeates right through the staff/students. Eventhough she's very busy she takes time to personally speak to each client to understand what it is exactly they would like to achieve from their hair appointment. That tutor trains by example. She's terrific. It's a very well run academy. The NHS could learn from their Covid prevention interventions. I felt very safe there. Student's are lucky to have such a spectacular training opportunity. Thanks guys, you're terrific

I could not be happier with my visit today. I have troublesome hair that tests professional hairdressers, but Kadie was calm and just got on with it and gave me a better cut than I have had in some salons previously. To top it all off, when I went to pay the very small fee they charge, I was told that they were doing free cuts! Very, very pleased
