Very good service and very helpful staff.I really recommend contacting them by email if you have any questions or anything.I'm not from the UK so I had a few problems getting the goods to Europe but they helped me where they could, although it wasn't their fault.I would definitely order from them again if customs wasn't such a problem.

Excellent service from Multitool Products! Great 2x72 grinder - Spot on for Knife Making!REALLY good service - the type of service you used to get, but rarely do these days! Unlike many suppliers, the folks at Multitool Products really know their stuff and they genuinely helped me to understand the best products for my needs.The kit they recommended arrived fast too - 2x72 belt grinders are limited in the UK market, and many hard home made models with dubious quality and slow shipping (some quoted weeks for delivery!) - But with Multitool Products, they shipping was FAST (like, 2 or 3 days after ordering the pallet arrived).Quality-wise, what can I say? EXCELLENT! The grinder really shifts metal like you wouldn't believe! Talking 1095 knife steel here too, not mild steel!The grinder is reassuringly heavy (I think it is like > 50kg) and seems very, very solid (I got the powder coated version).So in short: Great service, great product, fast shipping and zero complaints! Nice!
