We had a wonderful experience with Beics Betws. Louise was really helpful when we booked and helped us choose a suitable route for three adults and a 13 year old. The service was exceptional. The bikes were all ready for us when we arrived and we cycled on a beautifully scenic route from Lake Ogwen to Bangor where we were collected in the van. A really beautiful experience and a wonderful memory. Thank you so much

Excellent bike hire shop. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They recommended a great ride for our family, took us to the drop and collected at the end. The ride was through a stunning valley. Brilliant service, would use again.

Loved this, the owner is lovely and the bikes are a really high quality. We did the 16k route on the normal mountain bikes, a beautiful route with a very fun downhill at the end. Worth getting the satnav for ease. Cannot recommend enough!

Super helpful & cool owners !Nice sloop geometry on traditional bikes, & bosch e bikes for those with not much time or fitness to fully enjoy the trails around Betws y Coed.As a mixture of the above... I took an ebike; expect tough terrain in the red line, take the advise and map given at the shop seriosly !!!! Enjoy !!!

Had not booked great choice of bikes.. was a mtb purist but husband has owned e mtb for 2 years and wanted me to trial one… great experience from start to finish rode haibike over 20 miles and 2700 ascent ..heavy handling for tough tracks but great introduction into e bikes!! Go try beics Betws!!

Rented bikes here a good while ago. Great service, great bikes and good advice on routes etc around the area that we could take. However good to be very fit if your going to take on the big trails of the area. Hard graft getting to the top but rapid Adrenalin rush on the way back down

These guys were most welcoming and helpful during a bike ride through Eryri. Helped me with spares and sorted the problem so i could carry on... a very pleasant experience

Excellent place to hire a bike from. 100% use again. We hired two E-MTBs for the full day. They were well maintained, in good condition, clean and very easy to ride. They ensured the tyres were pumped and chain lubed before we set off. We had tool kit/tubes given to us if we had a puncture. We did their suggested 37km loop up to Llyn Geirionydd, then to Llyn Crafnant and finally over to Llyn Elsi. Really friendly, nice and easy to hire from. We hired on a Friday, and just dropped in at 10:30am without a prebooking and they had availability. Weekends might be busier. Absolutely beautiful views, cracking ride, well worth it! The E-MTBs were well worth the extra money to enable you to go that much further and smash it up those steep climbs. Will be back and will recommend to anyone in the area looking for bike hire.
