Booked a service, turned up, they took the car, called me back for collection, all very professional, friendly and punctual. Explained all the necessaries, excellent service, will use again.

Car recirculation vent motor was faulty and was making a horrid crunch when activated. Booked car in at Doig Motor Engineers and they were brilliant.Car went in on Thurs for investigation, unfortunately there were supplier issues in getting the part but they called me to update at each agreed time. Got a call on the Tues morning and the car was ready.The pricing for fitting was good as well and the part now works beautifully. I heard about Doig's through word of mouth and really glad I went, really professional, keep you updated and gets things done for you in good timeI hope I don't need to go back for any repairs (touch wood) but would gladly go for servicing and MOT

Great mechanic shop. Though no personal experience with the shop but from what I see every day going in and out of the street, I see how the staff works and how dedicated they are to their jobs. It will be worth a check if you need work done on your veh.

Really friendly garage in heart of community.However, disappointing service. Spent £1,100 on brake shoes, pads and tyre.Brakes squeal when pressure applied. Took it back twice, no joy. Still squealing over a year later.

I've used these guys for about 10 years or more. Having been there again today, I thought it's time I wrote them a review. Reading the other comments, it's nice to see everyone else agrees. So friendly and polite and reliable. They keep you well updated if there are any unexpected developments (especially costs) in connection with your car. I've never had any reason to be disappointed with their work. All round, a class act. Highly recommend

I haven't had a service done before on any car so they guided me through the process making me feel very comfortable.Overall they were informative, friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I brought my car in for an MOT & Service and I was seriously impressed by how friendly and professional these guys are. They completed the work quickly and without any issues, and they kept me updated throughout the process.When collecting my car, they talked me through what work they had done, and they advised about some things that I should look out for in future.They also explained that the tyre balancing I requested wasn't necessary as my tyres seemed to have been balanced recently. They even completed some additional work at no additional cost and refused my offer to pay for it regardless.I really can't recommend these guys enough - I will definitely be returning for any future work

A great garage, although they were busy they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency MOT at short notice.
