Having recently sold our house through JBM, I'm happy to share our very positive experience of doing so. Practically speaking, JBM (i) both explained, and made, the entire process of selling our house as easy as possible; (ii) we were always kept well informed of the sale status at all times, and there was clearly great internal communication, as we received consistent information irrespective of which team member we spoke with; (iii) we found easy access to the team, and all enquiries were met with politeness and professionalism; (iv) the provision of a first rate selling schedule was rapid, showing our property to the standard it deserved. The quality of the text, photographs and video were excellent. I would also highlight that the lovely video of the interior/exterior of our property was undertaken by a highly experienced dedicated 3rd Party, meaning that it was a discrete showing of our home, and not a simple rehash of the photographs taken; a practice you will see in many other agents. I chose JBM because I prefer family businesses to large faceless corporate chains. Scott was the most impressive representative of all the estate agents we invited to value our home. Since appointing them in June 2022, Scott, Mark and Greg have all been a delight to work with.What impressed me most was how great the communication was.
