I was gifted a one to one silver pendant making workshop with Charlotte and I cannot express how lovely it was! I had a vision of what I wanted to walk away with but the finished product was beyond expectations and something I will wear every day. Charlotte is skilled and has a way of instilling confidence and guiding you through the process so you feel encouraged to work independently. Will be recommending The Silver Duck to friends and i'll be back for the ring making workshop soon!

We recently participated in one of Charlotte's workshops, and she is fantastic! She worked with me for days beforehand to find a time that would fit into our short visit to Bristol, and she tailored the workshop for us. (My wife is a medievalist, and Charlotte did the research to find design elements for our course.)She is extremely friendly and approachable and gives a great hands-on tutorial to the basics of metalworking. She let's you practice your designs and techniques on copper before moving on to the silver.We can't recommend this course enough, whether you live in the area or are just visiting for a few days.

Super course. Charlotte is very patient and professional. One-to-one tuition meant I had the time and help to make a very customised spoon. I would highly recommend this course.

Charlotte is an incredibly talented silversmith, and tutor. Her pieces are just wonderful and her approach to teaching is so kind, supportive and efficient; I gained so much skill and knowledge with her in such a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely day at Charlotte's private workshop designing and making a silver bangle and learning about the various processes. Charlotte was so friendly and patient, and I am thrilled with the bangle I made - it has been much admired!

Incredible day, cannot recommend enough. Charlotte guided me and my fiancée through the whole process of making our wedding rings over the course of a day, and they came out looking so much better than we hoped. We had no previous experience at all, but she was patient, supportive, helped us figure out methods for our preferred styles, and we ended up having a lot of fun. Very happy with the end result, 10/10.

I really enjoyed the two day spoon forging workshop with Charlotte. Charlotte is a talented silversmith with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her studio is great and well equipped. We went through each step of the making process in detail which helped my understanding. I learned lots of really helpful tips from Charlotte. It was a challenge to make, in a really good way, and I was left feeling inspired! Such an interesting process and I am delighted with my spoon. Highly recommend Charlotte for anyone wanting to learn silversmithing and jewellery.

My girlfriend and I recently had a great time doing a pendant and earring workshop with Charlotte. We were really happy with the results and Charlotte was really attentive to what we wanted to achieve and was super friendly as well as being a silversmith genius!

Had a really great time on a ring making day with Charlotte. She involved us and educated on every step, it felt really hands on and bespoke. Not like 'here's a template you must follow'. Which meant we both created unique rings we loved. Charlotte is also lush and made us feel at home in her lovely workshop
