I can’t recommend this vets enough, everyone goes above and beyond, it’s the best value around and incredible service. The vet even comes out after and explains everything. You’re never rushed out and it isn’t just about the money like most vets around. We will be in again Friday with a present and card for the most caring staff, thank you x

After moving to the area we needed to find a new vets for our Lab, Freddie. Having previously used a surgery over in Essex which he loved, we were keen that we found a similar one here in Ware. Sadly, the vets we initially found did not meet our expectations. Very money oriented, quick in and out, not hugely welcoming. Freddie HATED it. It was sad to see him like that whenever we needed to go.That’s when somebody recommended Reed. What a difference.Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Reception staff were great. The Vets we saw and all the nursing staff were super friendly and compassionate with Freddie.Sadly, within a few months of us using Reed, Freddie became very sick. What became one the worst days of our lives was made slightly less awful by the professionalism and compassion of the Vet we had treating freddie that day along with the fantastic nurses. Thank you for making such a heartbreaking day that slightly bit easier. As and when we find ourselves a new family dog, we will be using Reed again.

Had to call on Reed Vets expertise last night at 2:00 in the morning when my dog had stopped producing puppies after 4 hours. We were seen within 20 minutes, x-rayed, examined and reassured. We can't thank Nicky enough for her utmost care, professionalism and kindness at such an antisocial hour. We can't thank you enough and mum and pups are doing well. X

The best service we've received from a vets, couldn't be happier. They were more than happy to take care of my cockatiel with her broken wing and thanks to their amazing staff she is nearly done with her journey to recovery.

I am HONESTLY shocked and appalled by this vet. I'd heard such good reviews and wanted a personalised service where my dogs would be taken care of. Thus far I've had nothing but terrible, lazy, rude conversations with receptionists; lazy and almost ridiculous approach from a vet and even got told off for going the wrong way in the vetinary surgery by a member of staff who gave unclear instructions. I have been a client here for less than a month and I am changing vets ASAP.

Probably the best canine vet in the area but it often feels they are too busy. Over 6 months of regular visits they failed to diagnose a long term condition which turned out to be a food allergy.

Used to be a very well respected veterinary practise. However of late Rosemary has become very lapse in her ability to see passed MONEY.Making ethical choices for animals based on how much your bill will be.My suggestion would be to find a vet that loves animals more than money.

I have not long lived in the local area and came across Reeds Veterinary. Unfortunately, my dog became slightly unwell and had to go into surgery. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and managed to save help my little girl. Yes, the Vet is always busy, but it's because the cliantel trust them. I would give 6 stars but its not possible.

Met Suzie the vet for the 1st time outstanding as is Rosemary with help for my dogs Nelson and Peggy. One has to have steroids this time of year more soo as is allergic to grass/pollen and really suffers with his feet.Hypoallergenic foods definitely help also.Cannot praise the vets at Reed enough.Thank you

Living out of area, my little dog became seriously ill and was in need of urgent attention. Looked for emergency vets and came across Reeds. Open 24 hours, this is because the lady will answer the phone any time of day or night and really cares. So, a late evening call, an in depth chat and an early morning appointment made. After the examination, medication administered with follow up tablets, prebiotic etc. Within 24 hours my dog was bounding around as before. Expecting the usual £££££££, what a pleasant surprise. ☺️ Cannot thank this practice enough for the support, treatment and cost. No wonder the practice has such good reviews. They are well deserved.
