I put a review regarding the very poor customer service I received at this place and as if by magic its disappeared!I brought a watch here and it was supposed to be water proof to 50M and when I went from a swim in the sea on the surface it died when I took the watch back after owning it for a few weeks I was told that as its water resistant to 50M it doesn't mean that it is waterproof and refused to do anything about it!I would not recommend this place to anyone!In response to your reply I think that you are missing the point that the watch only went 1M below the surface and as a trader you are obliged to rectify the fault or refund the cost and it's your responsibility to take this up with the manufacturer and not the customers!!As I have stated very poor customer service! Especially when I spent a couple of hundred pounds in your shop on the day I brought the watch but i guess that doesn't matter to you

Roy recently adjusted a Seiko watch bracelet for me . The job was done within an hour at a very reasonable cost. The best thing was Roy’s charming service, a far cry from the offhand indifference that one encounters on a daily basis in modern Britain.Today I bought a few inexpensive gifts from the shop. The trinkets were modest in price but the two ladies who served me treated me as if I was spending £5,000.A jewellery business I can heartily recommend.

Bought a lovely gold eternity ring in here such a variety in this shop .so pleased with it and the service went back next day for a wedding ring.

I purchased my wife’s eternity ring here and also had my grandfather’s watch repaired. The service was excellent, the owner is clearly very knowledgeable and the staff are friendly and not pushy. Highly recommended for a personalised service.

Came here for replacement battery for my watch. Very polite, kind and efficient service. Battery was very reasonably priced also.Very nice selection of rings and other jewellery to browse.Recommended.

I have happily bought several pieces of jewellery here over the years but sadly my experience of their repair service was not so satisfactory. I placed in their care some treasured earrings to be estimated for repair, after receiving the quote l decided not to go ahead as it was expensive. When my earrings were returned, a part of the earring was missing. I was assured it would be returned but after several visits to the shop the missing part has still not been returned to me and have not heard from them in months. Customer service is not good. I will not be returning.
