My husband was doing a job nearby and told me about this store. We visited today and immediately I was impressed. Fabric selection is amazing - better than John Lewis in my opinion, and reasonably priced. Great stock of sewing patterns as well, even got a discount. Got help selecting the right threads and bias tape for my project. Lots of supplies for other hobbies, including knitting. The owners are so friendly, attentive and helpful. I’ve just started learning and their enthusiasm made me feel inspired! So happy to have found this store.

Stitch and Knit
I visited Stitch and Knit for the first time yesterday. It is an Aladdin's cave for anyone who knits or sews or loves crafting. The quality and variety of materials, wool etc on display is better than any I have encountered. The shop owner was very helpful and informative on materials and accessories to help me achieve my next project.They are running many workshops to help clients to learn or improve skills.Thank you for your help.

Popped along today to have a browse.Beautiful fabric & yarns, good selection of accessories.Found exactly what I wanted.Great little shop, old fashioned idea with a very modern twist. Such a welcome addition to Brookmans Park and the area.Had a lovely chat with the lady.Very happy to help and knowledgable.Classes being run.Will be returning myself. Please consider giving it a try.

I had signed up for one of their crochet workshops. It was brilliant: tutor gave clear instructions, demo'd and checked progress throughout the session. Everyone was lovely and I noticed how well stocked the shop is with fabric, wools, cotton, threads etc.

I signed up for the Easter Wreath workshop, which was last night and was great! Such a super chilled atmosphere in beautiful surroundings and so friendly. We all ended up with very individual, but beautiful results and I will definitely be signing up for for another workshop soon. Thank you so much xx
