Charlie did a great job and service on our gas fire. He reaced a faulty ignition, then for the service he stripped the fire down, cleaned it out, smoke tested the chimney and sprayed the coals with coal paint. It looks like a new fire! He was very prompt and very tidy. Very pleased with his work, will recommend and use him again. Thanks.

Charlie gave me advice on our aging boiler and a fair quote for a new thermostat; which he installed while doing a service. I'm really pleased with all the work. He's easy to talk to and explained all my options fully. I'd recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him in the future.

We have Charlie service our 8 year old boiler every year & and a fireplace that was in home when we bought it. This last service Charlie noticed base of fireplace was cracked and losing much needed internal heating. We replaced the Fireplace & he came today to fit. We had our gas supply switched off by national grid for new pipes to be laid. A leak was detected so they could not reconnect our service.They told us we had to find an engineer ourselves to sort it out. Thankfully, I found Charlie via google, who attended immediately. ( despite it being late evening) He soon sourced the problem then fixed it quickly and promptly. We found him to be most efficient, very pleasant, friendly and reasonably priced. Great service today of fitting heated towel radiator. Efficient arrived on set date and completed in timeframe. Was polite on explaining process tidied up after work even removed old radiator. Would definitely recommend and use Charlie again for further work. Reasonable price for work - pleased with result.

Charlie serviced my gas fire today. An excellent job done including smoking my chimney to check the ventilation was clear, stripped the fire right down, clearing the back and he even resprayed the coals back to new. And a very fair price. Really, really pleased. I shall most certainly contact him when I'm ready for my new gas fire to be installed. Thank you Charlie!

I first met Charlie when he came out to attend to gas appliances in our new home, which included the boiler and our living flame log burner. Since then and such was the impression Charlie made on me, he has taken care of my rental properties and more recently, saved me £1500 by working out the issues on my home boiler rather suggesting I replace it. Charlie is the best, most thorough gas engineer I have come across. His pricing is absolutely transparent and fair. Charlie will always do whatever he can to fix the problem rather than take the easy route of advising replacing the appliance and he is 100% trustworthy and reliable. I would and have recommended Charlie without hesitation. He is a very lucky find in this town.
