We had a very friendly man named Rob clean our carpets. Rob cleaned our bedroom and living room carpets today - we had a variety of coffee and make up marks on these and he did such a great job of cleaning these out. Rob was efficient and really friendly and gave us lots of great tips on how to care for our carpets after being cleaned.We hope to have Rob again when we book in for our stairs and spare rooms.The carpets look and smell amazing - feeling fresh and new, just in time to decorate for Xmas! We always found AppleClean to be a good service domestic cleaner over some years. Just recently, they surpassed themselves into the highest quality bracket. We had two accidents, not related, one on top of the other. Both were coffee stains. The first was on the living room light sand-coloured carpet. The second on a sofa in another room. In both cases, Apple responded very promptly on the same day for the first, and the second day for the second. The AppleClean practitioners James, for the first, and Tom, for the second, not only performed their magic of completely removing the stains, but also demonstrated a high technical knowledge about the treatment processes involved. We were absolutely delighted. Not only that but they were charming, polite gentlemen. We have always found Apple to be very helpful, and not pushy in any way for more sales; the occasional reminder call from Natasha that we receive from time to time is appreciated. It was Jonathan, in the office, on this occasion, who completely understood our needs, and arranged for the technicians to come to our assistance immediately. Top marks all round.
