I would highly recommend Daniela for anyone considering osteopathy. She is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She immediately recognised that I had an anterior pelvic tilt, which affected the functioning of my body. I’d always wondered why my tummy felt bloated all the time, no matter what I was eating… Daniela explained that tilt of the pelvis is crucial as any kind of misalignment can alter how the organs relate spatially to one another, impacting the digestive processes as a result.The treatment has been very effective and I felt immediate relief from the first appointment. She also gave me stretches to do to help correct my posture at home. Overall I’m feeling much better, thank you Daniela!
