Jake has been absolutely outstanding! I've been working with him on a project spanning years, and he has been incredibly responsive, accommodating, and it's been an overall fantastic experience! Not to mention, he is extremely talented, with unparalleled design and craftsmanship!

We have been working with JCM for a while now on a project and I honestly can’t fault them. We approached them with a concept drawing and they’ve created a masterpiece. After moving into our first house, working on a large living room tv/shelving/storage unit with Jake was the first project we undertook. It was a big and important project for us and we used Jake to help make it a reality. In the design stage, he was really responsive and communicative and helped to merge our fairly broad ideas into reality. He was great in suggesting possible materials and alternatives and really helped us refine the key details of the design (door handles/cabling solutions etc). Jake was happy to go back and forth with us until we got a final design that we were 100% on. For the build, Jake and team then came down and completed within the day. 6 months on, we are as thrilled with it as day one, and are so pleased we used Jake for his design and installation expertise. The unit is brilliant and adds so much character to a previously empty space of wall. We will be using Jake again in the future. Thanks!

I reached out to Jake to 3D print a small component from a car seat runner which had melted. He done a fantastic job of replicating the original piece, but unfortunately due to the nature, and stress of the application, it didn't work. His work and skills are great. I knew it would be a gamble so I took the risk as its hard to find a replacement

Great customer service and a fantastic product. I purchased a ZF1 replica kit from JCM and I was very impressed with the quality of the components and the attention to detail. I have spoken with Jake a few times and he is very helpful and always quick to reply to any questions. I would definitely recommend the kit. I have not finished my ZF1 yet but I have posted a few pictures of my build so far.
