Absolutely fantastic customer service from Allison! Couldn’t be happier. Went for a browse not really knowing what I was looking for but Allison was knowledgeable, friendly and made ordering really easy! Nothing was too much trouble. She gave practical advice and recommendations on grout and sealant and secured a convenient delivery date.Went to a few tiling shops before coming here and came away feeling even more confused! There was plenty of choice, a really friendly shopping experience and excellent value for money. Really excited to take delivery! Can’t thank you enough Allison, you are a credit to CTD, I will recommend you to all my friends and family :-)

The salesman was very friendly and a wealth of knowledge. He helped us decide on the tiles we need even though he didn't have them himself. He gave us really good reasons why we should avoid some types and sizes and opt for others, I'm really glad we popped in.

Ellie is absolutely brilliant with customers. Knowledgeable and helpful she's talked us out of and into things we needed for tiling. A great asset.

I recently bought 2 lots of tiles from CTD Cardiff, one for my bathroom and one for my en-suite, they look really good in both rooms, but without Alison’s help and advice, I’m not sure they would look so good. Their selection of tiles is immense. Alison has endless patience and is really helpful and friendly. She even helped me one morning when she was supposed to be in the office. The rest of the staff are really helpful and friendly too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends as I have done. Thank you very much.

I visited this store on 3 occasions. On the first 2 occasions I was left to my own devices with no offer of help at all. A white couple arrived shortly after I did where the manager approached them straight away and offered lots of help and support. With no one else about to help me I left. I returned again today with the intention of purchasing some tiles I had seen. I was again left in the store completely alone for about 20 minutes. The manager was next door in the plumbing section but saw that we were there yet still did not come over. I had to shout over to him for assistance before he finally sent someone over to help. The sales assistant was lovely but when I asked the manager about a discount he was very rude. He clearly either doesn't need the business or he doesn't like brown people. I promptly left and took my service around the corner to Original style where I purchased £3000 worth of tiles. I do not recommend anyone visiting CDT tiles especially if you are Muslim!

I went into this store just looking for advice as I haunt done this for 20 years.The professionalism and expertise the staff showed was second to none.I would highly recommend this store weather your a novice like me or a professional.I must say a special thankyou to Alison as her help was priceless.A very satisfied customer.

Great service received from CTD. Product advice was professionally provided by Alisson who assisted us in the purchase throughout the way. Good prices and selection for tiles for which we payed only on collection and products delivery was fast (3-5 days). Very recommended.

My husband and I visited CDT Cardiff as we are renovating a house and need a large amount of tiles of different types. We were not only impressed by their large variety of high quality tiles but also by the incredible service that we received. Allison was so helpful and her extensive knowledge and experience made choosing our tiles a much easier, quicker and enjoyable experience.
