Woodcock Holmes have been dealing with my property management for the last 8 or so years. I think they do an exceptionally good job and offer value for money. I love the fact they inspect every 3 months and I get a detailed report. They have tailored their service around my requirements and always pull out all the stops to help on the rare occasion any issues arise. Thank you for a first class service.

We had some small hiccups along the way on our part, but woodcock Holmes and all of there staff were wonderful and very willing to help throughout the process of my first rented property.No matter how many times I rang for updates,Ria Dronkers and Matthew Driscoll were patient and always willing to help. And when we completed the tenancy agreement we received a moving in gift which was very thoughtful.Thank you so very much, we are extremely grateful and Happy with our new home.

Whilst living at a rented property with Woodcock Holmes, the service was satisfactory and they were fairly timely in repairing maintenance issues etc.However, we were asked to leave the property due to the landlord wanting to sell. I was extremely co-operative with this, welcoming viewings anytime and leaving before the date that had been suggested.I was told that within 30 days of leaving, I would recieve my deposit back as well as the remainder of the rent due to us leaving early.Woodcock Holmes became very difficult to contact - there was no answer on the telephone and emails were responded to extremely slowly (sometimes waiting over a week for a response). We eventually got some of the deposit back (which I wanted to dispute further but due to it taking almost 60 days to get that back I couldn't afford to wait longer). We never got the remainder of the rent back either.They left myself and my 2 year old son in a VERY difficult situation due to taking so long to pay us as well as not paying what they promised.I would not recommend Woodcock Holmes, especially to families who are tight on money as they left us in a really unstable position financially.

Woodcock Holmes have managed the letting of our property for three years and have been consistently excellent. They have been especially helpful this year as they needed to take us through the process of removing tenants who had stopped paying rent. Following on from this Annette Smith-Hooke has been amazing at project managing a whole host of work which needed to take place because of the condition in which the tenants had left the property.Communication has always been good - Matt and Tasha have also worked very hard in helping us move forward. Thank you to all concerned.

I am a first time renter and the whole process was made much easier by the professional, friendly and helpful people that I dealt with. I didn't feel there was any question I couldn't ask. People went out of their way to help and guide me through the process. Emails were promptly and fully responded to. It was pretty much stress free - the systems in place to help me with sorting utilities etc was brilliant. All the online platforms and services were easy to use. Altogether a really excellent experience!

Woodcock Holmes have been letting one of my properties for three years now and when my tenants not only defaulted, but left the house requiring more than £20k worth of renovation, they could not have been more supportive and helpful. Annette Smith-Hooke has project-managed the works, managing various teams, providing quotes and regular updates. She has been both professional and friendly.Matt and Tasha have also been very supportive and are working towards getting the property back on the market for tenants.

Had a great experience purchasing property through Woodcock Holmes. Adrian as responsive and managed everything swiftly. Our mortgage was due to expire shortly and we made it on time which was something that at some point was unlikely to happen. We can't thank Adrian and his team enough.

The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Their positive attitude helped me take decisions and successfully got me over the finishing line - twice!
