Karen was amazing helping my sister find her dress which she did find at Karen's! We popped in with hope of a little appointment after having a disappointing try on at another store that we'd booked at. Karen was very accommodating and so lovely to squeeze us in! She picked the perfect dress out for my sister, which she loved and we returned later in the day to confirm it was 'the one' and take it home!!

A day I will never forget. Thank you, Karen. A huge selection to choose from and all absolutely stunning. Karen was so lovely and helpful in every possible way. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and found my perfect dress. I would give 100 stars if I could, cannot recommend highly enough. What a day!!

Karen was wonderful and super helpful, encouraging me to try on a wide range of dresses to explore different styles and really listening to what I liked / didn’t like and what suited me or not.
