Wow, what a great experience! Called Alinsons and Nadeem was able to suggest a fix over WhatsApp, what an absolute underfloor heating ninja!! Not often you get such amazing and generous customer service. Will certainly recommend to others in the area!

I cannot recommend Nadeem from Alinsons highly enough. He was able to resolve a complex underfloor heating issue that three other underfloor heating companies were unable to.Nadeem is honest, extremely knowledgeable, skilled and experienced at what he does. He prides himself on his customer service so made sure everything was resolved satisfactorily and working.He worked tirelessly to ensure it was done so I am very grateful.

I contacted Nadeem about 5 years ago for a small plumbing job, and since the I have never even considered going to anyone else for any heating/plumbing/boiler etc job.What I appreciate most about his work is that he cares about the whole system. He sees his job holistically and treats every job like a doctor treating a patient. Measurements are precise and valves tweaked half a turn, but the result is the system running smoothly. Our radiators and boiler have never been in better condition.He is a dedicated and high quality worker, who is always considerate and responsible to have in the house. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Nadeem is a craftsman. He skilfully designed and installed our UFH system, devised a utility room set up with washer, water softener in our cellar and installed and set up our Nest thermostat system. Everything was carefully thought through to not only function well from a plumbing perspective but, crucially, to be as practical as possible for our busy family life. He's not cheap but you get what you pay for and with Nadeem that is a first class, bespoke service from a true professional.

Fantastic service and such high quality work. Alinsons have taken care of our boiler, underfloor heating and radiators for nearly 3 years and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nadeem is incredibly professional and skilled - he diagnosed in minutes a problem we had had with the underfloor system for years, and fixed it for us for a lower cost than we expected. Nadeem, from Alinsons has been servicing my boiler and completing other plumbing jobs for a number of years.. The service is professional and very reasonable. Nadeem always tries to respond to urgent calls asap, he once spend Boxing day evening fixing my boiler! Nadeem always tidies up after himself, is trust worthy and a genuine decent chap. Highly recommended ****

Nadeem is your local, friendly and capable plumber. It is very reassuring to know that he is down the road and on hand should we need him. Over the last three years he has successfully dealt with our plumbing emergencies no matter how big or small. I can't recommend Alinsons strongly enough. Nadeem is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely generous with his time and advice. He's serviced my (old) boiler and installed a thermostat, and he came at short notice to fix the boiler when it failed during the recent cold snap. He offers reliable, friendly, and really great quality service.
