GP's seem willing to direct you to someone less willing to help, don't count on any of the physio related zombies who work there to help or direct you in any meaningful way, unless you really need to see a picture of an arm on google images or be sent a download link to an app that doesn't work. Stay healthy so you don't end up having your time wasted.

I have been attending this practice since I was a student, nearly 40 years ago. As I get older I go more often! I have always found the the staff (doctors, nuses, admin) to be helpful, caring and competent. I recommend this surgery.

Receptionists walk around in their room ignoring people standing at the window to check in, happened to me twice now. Midwife service is a joke, only available once a week and then the one midwife that is assigned to this practice is only available once every two/three weeks. Practice really needs to sort it out and have a cover midwife for those other weeks, now leaving me not seen for 4/5 weeks at the end of my pregnancy. Very unprofessional.

Very poor experience. Doctors are dismissive and inconsistent in their advice. I am changing practice as a result

The only appointment I have had, I was refused medication which was on repeat in my previous surgery. I did not need it to be on repeat, rather on an as and when required basis. This is the 1st time I was ever refused a lower dose of this medicine which I requested since I possess a much higher dose at home which makes me drowsy. I stated that if was refused it I might need to take what I already have at home and was accused of threatening to take meds which wasn't the case. The drug is not an opoid and it's only dangerous if taken in high dose since the side effects make you drowsy. I requested the lowest dose and was refused. I'm moving surgery as I am not willing to give them another chance. The student Dr and the Dr that saw me was unprofessional and unwilling to help.

I am out of the erea but i wished i had a gp surgery like this i am only going on the comments was thrown out of my gp surgery lastAugust after being there all my life now i am in a dead end surgery they dont care such a lot of lillnesses and no other decent DR in Liverpool 12,Love someone to take me on out of the erea my husband gave his job up in April to be my fulltime carer

We are new to this surgery and this is only the second time I have spoken with them regarding my son and I have to say the doctors and staff have been truly amazing.They have event sent me links to things and services which may help.I was so worried when looking for a new GP but could not have been luckier.Massive thanks to Drs Beagrie and Connor

I was reviewed yesterday evening at the surgery by Dr Russell as felt very poorly with viral infection after a telephone conversation earlier that day. She was such a lovely Dr who took the time to listen to my concerns, excellent eye contact with attentiveness to detail and I felt very looked after. Her approach was very person- centered with good communication skills and Dr Russell was empathetic to my needs. I felt I was able to be emotionally supported with my health matters and she saw the importance of items that mattered to me. I could not but write a 5 star review today to reflect her ability and acknowledge her practice and intellect. So delightful to see when sometimes Dr to patient is just about writing a prescription. Thank you Dr Russell I already feel psychologically better and can get back to work.Social Worker, LCC. Rosemary Yim.

Annual review with nurse (Mandy) who made me feel at ease. She even takes blood samples, saving on need for an additional appointment, and the results were on-line within 24 hours. Really pleased with the service.

Waiting for prescription more than 24 hours after seeing the nurse who prescribed Antibiotics. ? To GP manger Why have senior nurses if they are allowed to prescribe but not authorised to release prescription. Absolute joke. It took 3 days to get any medication.
