AR Carpets and Rugs
I went to see Andy with a very specific Rug and budget in mind. It was a really good experience as he was very helpful and tried to find what I was looking for. He had some lovely rugs in the shop and I found a beautiful rug, totally different to what I had in mind and over my budget, but seeing it close up I could see the lovely colours and quality. Andy let me bring it home and I really love it and of course I had to buy it. Thank you very much for helping me to find a lovely addition to my new home.

If anyone looking at these reviews is thinking of buying a carpet or rug, I would recommend you go to AR Carpets and rugs. Andy helped us in choosing a rug and allowed us to take it home to try it for colour and size. Andy made shopping for a rug a very pleasant experience. I will be visiting AR Carpets and Rugs again for any floor covering I may need in the future.

I have recently used AR Carpets for my hallway into kitchen flooring and runner with a border on my stairs. From the start, communication has been amazing, outstanding customer service. Andy has real passion for all things flooring which really shows, time was taken to choose the right style and material for our home and prep and fitting was achieved quickly with minimal disruption. So happy with the final look, competitive prices and fab quality. Highly recommended to anyone and will certainly use again. Thank you

We've used AR Carpets several times over the past year after moving house, and they have been exceptional throughout with fantastic customer service. Most recently they helped us with LVT flooring for our porch which looks amazing. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

We bought a beautiful Heriz rug from you. The customer service was outstanding and nothing to much trouble. Items were moved around the shop to display two rather large rugs side by side to ensure we could compare them.We can highly recommend AR carpets.Please except our sincere thanks!!!

Highly recommend AR Carpets and Rugs. Andy & the team were great throughout the process. Andy was so knowledgeable and was the first person who took the time to explain what LVT was (as I was clueless to the prep required prior!) We are very happy with our carpets & LVT!

Had our carpets and lino for the bathroom from AR carpets and they couldn't look any better! Absolutely brilliant customer service and prompt fitting alongside from a lovely team that are very clearly passionate about customer satisfaction.
