Complete lack of communication regarding deliveries - the shipment was attempted when my fiance was not home (no prior contact). Then the dress was shipped back to a warehouse despite our attempt to collect it from the courier. The customer service is very difficult to deal with, they do not care to come up with a reasonable solution and blame the customer for their own shortcomings. Very unprofessional.

When I needed to get hold of N&T customer services by phone and found these Google Reviews, my heart sank. So I feel duty bound to report that I experienced excellent, responsive customer service from Liberty who rectified our mistake over the delivery address, tracked down the missing dresses (gorgeous) and sent them back to us. I couldn't get through by phone but my emails were answered very quickly. We are very happy customers.

Great dresses but has what seems to be non-existant customer service. No one answers the phone and no-one answers emails. Such a shame.

I'm honestly shocked with the customer service, spending so much on a dress and I've waited almost two weeks for collection details. They were supposed to put a DPD return label in the box but forgot and now I'm chasing daily. They've got their phone off the hook - impossible to get hold of them.
