Awful experience in here. Staff were not very helpful at all. Spent 2 hours in here trying to get a phone on an account I already have and just couldn't do it. No apology for taking so long. We were also completely ignored during the 2 hours, they sat in front of us not saying a word. Not once did they tell us what they were doing, what the issues were or how long it will take. I'd had enough after 2 hours and we said we are done, they again never apologised, just grunted ok. Never ever again, worst service and will never return.

Not great customer service. I went in to buy a basic sim only plan which I've seen on their website. I got told they don't have the most basic sim plans in store, what a joke. Then, proceeded to try upsell sim plan with feature I never went in for. And tried to sell me a new phone. I ordered the sim from their website and collected it from this exact store. This must be a joke.

Waited 10 minutes to see someone and the guy could not be bothered . Offered me only 150 gigs at £25 nothing else . Wil have to leave them just because of customer service
