Really disappointed in this company. Received an order a few months ago on a really hot day. The boxes were quite soggy and really smelly and most of the packs had started defrosting. I assumed the smell was the liquid having leaked out but how wrong was l. Later as l started defrosting the packs to use all bar 2 boxes were putrid. I had actually fed a pack to my dog as l had a cold and my husband said he thought it was alright as tripe never smells very pleasant anyway but my dog was actually really ill and required a vet visit. I contacted the company on 2 occasions just to let them know so they could check their orders before they go out for delivery. I didn't request a refund or replacement as l no longer have any confidence in the products but did expect a reply or at least an acknowledgement of my emails, l received neither. If l could give a no star review l would.
