Excellent service by In House Mobile Opticians, Mr Parm Mund came to do an eye test for my sister who has cerebral palsy and learning disability and where other opticians have failed to perform an eye test due to her refusing, Mr Parm Mund made her feel at ease immediately with his friendly demeanor and great communication skills. I would highly recommend In House Mobile Opticians to anyone who struggles with getting to an optician and especially to individuals with learning/physical disabilities as they tailor the service to suit the individual. I will be using In House Mobile Opticians for all future eye tests. Really really happy with the service and can't thank thank them enough.

Excellent service. Parm visited my nan recently and he was brilliant with her. She gets nervous but he put her at ease straight away with his friendly manner. The eye test was very thorough and the glasses were delivered in just over a week. From phoning the office to getting the glasses was efficient and seamless and all the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this company for home eye tests

My father has been using In-House Mobile Opticians for the past 3 years (for both his prescription and reading glasses) and we could not be happier with the service they provide.All staff are professional, polite and very accommodating. Mr Mund in particular is always very helpful and easy to talk to. He is attentive to my father’s needs and takes the time to make sure we are happy and informed.He gives professional advice and explains clearly the issues with my father’s vision and how best to support him. Very friendly and personal service. I have have in house mobile opticians for a few years. Time is always taken to carry out a thorough eye test and I feel that I can trust Parm completely with my eyes knowing that should I need to be referred to the eye hospital this will be done without any delay. The aftercare service provided by Steve is excellent. Whenever my glasses need adjusting he is here the same or next day. Would recommend this service to all of my family and friends.

Absolutely amazing service. Parm Mund couldn't do enough for my nan, he's so reassuring & supportive! Even taking the time to ring through to lab to ensure the lenses would be ready before an upcoming holiday my nan had planned. Highly recommend! Parm is a true gentleman!

It has been over 20 years since I had an eye test. Parm found a complicated prescription and the glasses have been fantastic. I can now do my hobby of painting tiny model figures again which I am very happy about. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and I would highly recommend his services for anyone who can’t get out

What a great service if you can’t get out to an optician. Mr Mund visited my aunt who’s not had an eye test for a few years and is really struggling to see the tv and to read. Unfortunately he couldn’t improve her vision with glasses as he detected cataracts in her eyes and has referred her to the eye hospital. He was very calm and patient with my aunt and told her that he is very confident that her vision will improve a lot after the surgery. Those words have given her a lot of hope as she was getting quite down living on her own with poor vision. Many thanks again Mr Mund and I would not hesitate to recommend your service.

From first contact to actual appointment, In house mobile opticians have been wonderful. Helpful, knowledgeable and personable. My husband was made to feel valued and cared for. Nothing was rushed and time was spent to go through everything that you would usually do at an opticians but in the comfort of your own home. We needed something else a couple of weeks after the first appointment, once the glasses had arrived, and someone came out without hesitation. We would definitely recommend In house opticians.

I cannot thank Mr Mund and his staff for the amazing service they provided to my aunt. She fell and broke her glasses and was very distressed has she has very strong lenses. I didn’t know that opticians could do home visits until I searched online. I saw that a few companies provide this service but used In-House Mobile Opticians after reading their reviews. All I can say is that the reviews are spot on. The service from start to finish was outstanding and Mr Mund’s eye test and demeanour was excellent. My aunt actually said that it was the best eye test she has ever had. The glasses were delivered and fitted quicker that we thought they would be. Would highly recommend Mr Mund and his team
