Wanda was amazing when helping me get sorted after my first wedding dress got caught up in a fire very close to our wedding! She had opened late for me, and picked some dresses out for me before I went. She was nothing but patient, reassuring and helpful. Thank you so so much!!!

Absolutely appalling service here. Went for a bridal appointment and was out within 20 minutes. The staff made my family members and myself feel very uncomfortable. No effort what so ever from the staff when it came to looking at the dresses. I say staff because said person never introduced themselves when we arrived, they just stormed off round the shop floor and left us standing there until they called us round because we didn't follow. Then it came to trying on dresses little consideration was taken into ask what type of dress I wanted etc I was just given dresses to try on. I did pick one or two out though. When in the dresses I was 'loosely' pinned into them which made me feel awful about myself in them as they were not giving a representation of what the dress could look like when altered etc. I felt really uncomfortable in my own body and left the shop feeling disgusted at my shape and wondering if I would ever get a dress to look good on me.

I purchased my wedding dress from Chantilly Lace in February and found their shop and staff to be most helpful and polite. The sales attendant listened carefully to what I liked and took notice of the dresses I expressed interest in while suggested similar dresses. After discussing my smaller budget, being a student etc, she was able to find me a similar dress from their sale section that was perfect. Due to a minor tear in the tulle having been worn in a show, the dress was over 50% off. Very Very pleased with the service and selection of dresses

Was delighted with the service i received here...particularly after having a dreadful experience at another establishment in Lurgan.. The lady took a lot of time with me and searched the entire stock to find what i wanted. 24 hours later she phoned me to tell me my dress was ready to pick up!!! Am absolutely delighted with the dress and the service would recommend it to anyone

Excellent experience, beautiful dresses and lovely staff. I found a very nice dress but not 'the one' but highly recommend. Dresses were in a very reasonable price range too.

Amazing selection of dresses but the staff were so helpful that you weren't overwhelmed. Listened to what I thought I wanted and then pictured what I would suit and off course it worked she knew the style for me. I cried instantly. The staff are great and not at all pushy. Best wedding shop ever 5* + for me anyways. X

I was unimpressed with my experience here. I felt rushed and unattended to by the staff which is not what you want when trying to pick a wedding dress, or when you have made an appointment. Safe to say I did not get my wedding dress here.
