Build-A-Bear
Took my 8yr old for her birthday bear. The gentleman who stuffed the bears and did the hearts with her was amazing. Really really made her day. She hasnt stopped talking about it. Then the lady on the till was really lovely. The shop started off quiet but really picked up in the time we was there but never felt rushed or presured in to buying extra stuff. Was her 1st time in a build a bear having a bear made and we really couldnt have asked for more. Thank you

I always wanted a build a bear as a kid so my partner took me for my birthday. The staff member that helped us, John, was absolutely lovely and made me feel really welcome. Even though you can tell the whole process was designed for kids, he never patronised us and made the experience really special for me! Big thank you to John and definitely a lovely experience for both kids and adults.

I can not thank staff of this build a bear store. I went in to get my mum's voice put into a bear i was also able to put some of my mum's ashes in the bear. The ladies went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this store. The ladies are so friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. More than 5 star highly recommend. THANK YOU LADIES. XX

Granddaughter's 3rd birthday and she loved it. Staff were amazing and really made it special for her. Brilliant idea for little ones.

I just popped it to buy a neice a voucher for Christmas and Sharon could not have been more helpful, friendly and informative. I've no doubt my neice will love the experience and I can't wait to take her. Thanks again Sharon and Merry Christmas x

My partner and I went there because she always wanted a build a bear. John was absolutely amazing with us . He was one of the most genuine and fun persons we have had assist us and he gave us an amazing experience

This was my first time going there. Wow, I could not believe how many different styles of bears you can make and all the accessories there are. You can even add a voice into the teddies .If you're looking for a teddy for your little one, then this is perfect, but it is quite expensive. The staff were so friendly and very helpful . The only downside is you have to pay extra for a box .

Teach your child the value of money and let them visually see how much they have to spend in store before you go, then when asked by staff about the extras-ask the child if they can afford it out of what funds they have. Its really not that big of a deal, after all communication is key!Took one of my BAB's here for re-stuffing and at the same time was able to put my dog's fur and baby tooth in as she has gone into the light. Staff were so kind and sympathetic. I have over 30 BAB's and I'm nearly a pensioner. You are never too old to have a bear or 2. xXx

Extremely helpful staff who will help you, very passionate and Happy. Went in with an old plushie I had bought from there around 10 years ago and they were helpful in fixing a damaged Paw, as well as giving my advice when I asked about washing her. Been here many times and although a bit pricy, the experience and friendly staff are very much worth it
