Carl the salesperson was very responsive, helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the car. He always responded to my queries in a timely way by email and telephone. He also arranged a seamless distant and virtual handover via video link, which was very much appreciated. Every member of staff I came into contact with from Jessica in finance, Demi and Amy in the handover and follow up team and also the telephone reception staff have been warm friendly, helpful and responsive. When i was shown a video of a car Carl the sales man said he will get the bumper touched upI traveled 2 hours to collect the car. The Touch up was hideous ( a child could have done a better touch up job). I would have thought Audi standard would be much higher.I purchased the car. A umbrella was promised (not received) I Asked for copy paperwork ie receipt etc ( not provided )A long list of checked items was given but upon charging the car the dashboard said FAULTY charger. I would have thought they should have checked the important charging ports and chargers too1)They really should have had the touch up paint job done to a standard of even a back street garage2) Paperwork are part of the sale. Should be provided with a receipt and paperwork3) umbrella promised but not receivedPoor poor service !I would have hoped to leave 5* review but the experience is not as such

I saw an A1 on auto trader and made an appointment to view it with Adam. When I arrived it was actually at the Audi approved site but Adam came with me and introduced me to Steven. I loved the car and put a deposit on it a couple of days later. I had a lot of communication with Steven as I was waiting to sell my car but dealing with the same person made it all a lot easier. I’ve now got my A1 and am delighted with it and the great service I received. Thanks Steven.
