I am doing the MovYa class with Niki for about 4 years now. She is an amazing instructor, always caring and smiling, trying to make everyone feel as part of the community that she built. I love the positive energy in the classes and also that she is pushing us to work harder and to want more. Music is great and l always feel better after her class. I totally recommend her and her classes! ❤️

I really enjoy the MovYa class. Niki is a great instructor, very patient and supportive. Her positivity and enthusiasm are contagious. She has created a class that feels very welcoming to all.

Movya has brought me out of my fear of zumba classes, the fun dance moves definitely helps build up a sweat. Followed by Veraflow for some mindfullness yoga flow - it's the perfect midweek reset I need.

Niki is a very personable trainer. I always enjoy my Movya sessions, I get a good workout and Niki keeps it fresh with new moves. Highly recommended.

Niki is very professional, experienced and happy instructor. Her classes have helped me to maintain a good level of fitness and I enjoy them a lot, I’m sometimes bringing along my daughters. I also like the choice of music.

I am not a fitness person ,but I go to Niki's classes for few months now and it change my mind.With her enthusiasm and big smile mixed with great music you just can't help but push yourself and enjoy.I have tried MovYa and now Pound. It's a great work out ,a way to switch off a stressful day and feel recharged afterwards . Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to stay in shape or just have fun dancing.Thank you Nicky , continue with the great work your doing

I absolutely love these classes. Movya is similar to Zumba and Veraflow is yoga and pilates incorporated into dance. I feel challenged but I also have a lot of fun. I am improving my balance and flexibility. Niki is a very lovely person and makes everyone feel very welcome. Everyone has different levels of ability and experience.

Niki is amazing, she caters for every type of person, understands peoples different fitnesses, always happy to chat to you about any concerns you may have. So friendly and her classes are always so much fun. Niki has created an amazing community and I’m so proud to be apart of it! Thank you so much! I’m so glad I found you 1 year ago. I’ve been going to Niki’s classes for a year now and would never go anywhere else.
